The condo was very clean, well stocked and in a perfect location. It could use some updates, but bed was comfortable and sitting out on the deck looking at the lake was perfect. Walking distance to King's Beach for dining, outdoor activities, and relaxing. It was a very good stay!!

We love this place. Beautiful view, very nicely furnished, comfortable, quiet. For ten years our families went to Pajaro Dunes on Monterey Bay. That became somewhat boring for all the kids as they aged. We stayed here last year, came back this summer, and plan to return next year. Kids have so much more to do in this area, and so do we adults (beach, golf, shops, hiking, safe morning walks, and so much more). People come from all over the world to visit here...we are so lucky to have this so close to home. Brockway Shores is perfect and affordable for this.

We love this place. Beautiful view, very nicely furnished, comfortable, quiet. For ten years our families went to Pajaro Dunes on Monterey Bay. We loved the location and the accommodations had everything we needed for our kids and grandkids, except another fan since the upstairs bedroom never cooled and a separate fan was needed in both living area and bedroom. Luckily it was only for a few days and the rains came and cooled things down. This condo is walking distance to everything (including when my car needed repair down the street). Small town feel even though it was 4th of July holiday--the hardest part was the bumper to bumper traffic getting in and out of Kings Beach during this time, thus a good idea to stay here and walk about The property managers are friendly, there seems to be a community 4th of July party in the common grounds that was nice to see a family friendly gathering of games and bbq on the 3rd of July. Apart from a few loud drinkers past midnite, this is a very nice setting with a pier and well kept grounds and the PM talked to them after several complaints by others I overheard (it was a holiday after all). The condo is dated, worn carpets but overall, this place had everything you needed including--wifi for our college student daughter, and ability to use our Amazon Fire stick to watch movies apart from the cable provided. Kitchen is well stocked, bbq was handy, and thanks for the extra lawn chairs for use! We were even able to use a horseshoe lane for bocce ball fun at sunset. I'd definitely come back next time we have 6 or more guests! Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us. Our family was grateful to be here and we took good care of your home!

Wonderful location, great views out to the lake from our balcony. Condo was well equipped, clean and plenty of room, and the décor suited the location well. Highly recommended and would stay here if we visit again.

This was the 8th year for our visit to this property- great for family get together- views of the lake and proximity to Kings Beach dining venues- grocery stores and beach are good for people who like to walk- Home very comfortable- could use some updating however- very clean and well maintained. Always good customer service and attentive to any complaints-

My family, kids and grandpa stayed at Brockway Shores for 5 nights. It is a very spacious, well stocked home conveniently located with a fantastic lake view. The development the unit is in is very well kept and offers lake front access, pier and pretty common areas. It is a very short walk to all the stores, restaurants and entertainment Kings Beach has to offer. The unit itself is clean but well loved and decor is somewhat dated. We did not mind this at all as it lends itself to the casual comfortable feel. The bedrooms are spacious and the living/dinning area has lake views and a fireplace. Lake Tahoe Accommodations made it very easy to rent the unit. While it was not a big deal, since this unit is in Kings Beach and the rental office in Tahoe City, I wish we could have somehow checked in/out onsite to be able to access via 267 instead of coming around 28. However, I would absolutely rent this unit again and hope to do so next summer!

We stayed in Unit 9, one of the condos at the entrance to Brockway Springs (but not part of Brockway Springs). It was wonderful, beautiful and most comfortable. We loved the view and the convenience to the beach and pier. We will go back when another opportunity comes along.
