06/27/2021We love this rental! Location is right up from the lake in a peaceful enclave; out of the busy tourist area. Yet close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, mini golf, beach, etc. The condo is comfortable with room for sleeping six. The kitchen has views of the lake, and is equipped with your basic needs for preparing everyone’s lakeside meal. The compound has it’s own private dock where you can launch your own kayak and SUP. Total fun package!

06/04/2021Excellent location, literally minutes to the beach. Was a very kid friendly neighborhood and highly recommend it. Only catch was that you need to go to the leasing office (10-15 mins drive) to drop/collect the keys. Would definitely stay here another time.

03/20/2021What you see is what you get. The place is very clean and you will have your private parking area. The place is close to everything we went to ( Mt. Rose, Tahoe City, Northstar resort, and lots more). We enjoyed the view every morning, it's majestic you can see the beach, the mountains while snowing first thing in the morning. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, grilling on the balcony and enjoyed the fireplace. If you go there and plan to stay longer, you don't have to worry about bringing groceries, Safeway is about a 3-5 minutes drive from the place. Just one thing I didn't like is the heater downstairs is not as good as upstairs, but if you like cold and want to snuggle you stay downstairs. We Maybe you can add a portable heater or fix the heater. I will recommend it to friends and family. Thanks on behalf of my family we really enjoyed our vacation.

Really nice view of the lake and grounds from the second floor deck (reverse living plan with living/kitchen/dining upstairs). Less than 5 minute walk to Kings Beach along a side street. LTA describes this unit as a "moderate" accommodation which is about right. The upstairs where you will spend all your family/friend time was recently remodeled and is very nice. The downstairs bedrooms and baths are dated, but they are maintained well (nothing was broken or rattled, etc). Finally, the whole condo was extremely clean. It was probably cleaner than any home we have ever rented, and that's not easy to pull off with a 1300 square foot rental condo in a place like Lake Tahoe where people constantly drag snow, sand, dirt, etc into the house during their stay. Very highly recommended.

08/13/2011Condo was clean and looked to be updated gradually. Bedroom furniture needs updating. Kitchen was great and well equipped. Of course, the view was spectacular and so close to water's edge. Area was very quiet and well kept.

The layout of the unit was perfect, from having dinner outside on the deck, having access to the lake from the downstairs bedroom, to washing dishes at the kitchen sink with a view of the lake! We found the condo very clean and nicely furnished, with extra touches like detergent for using the washing machine and plenty of towels. The grounds were lovely around the condo and the manager for the complex was friendly and helpful. It is a couple of blocks walking distance to restaurants & the city park in Kings Beach & a 7-11. We would highly recommend this property!

08/04/2009This is a very nice condo, very well maintained. Kids are not allowed on dock unsupervised. We loved Zephyr Cove, which was about a 25 minute car ride, where we found everything we needed for a great vacation with grandkids.
