The house was very cozy and ideal for our two families (we were 9 in total). It was exactly as described. We spent more time inside than normal because of the bad air quality (due to fires), but the house was spacious enough for that.

The rental property is one of the best accommodations i have ever booked. It is very clean and spacious and has lots of beds for 10 people. It ‘s location is perfect especially for people looking for a place to stay close to beaches. Our favorite is the Sand Harbor which is only 10 min away. There is a lot of beaches to choose from close-by as well. Convenience store is only 3 min away too. The house is equipped with all necessary things pots , pans, plates, utensils etc. just one thing missing, wifi, but since the tv has some cable channels, that would be enough to keep you entertained. I will surely be back here.

What a great layout ! Very family friendly. Each of the bedrooms has a bathroom. And the loft was large and spacious. The place was very clean through out. The kitchen and dinning room were large and you didn't get that crowded feeling. If you love North Shore , Incline Village and Tahoe City the location is perfect. Plenty of shopping close by for meals and great restaurants were a short distance as well. Can you say "Wet Woody". I highly recommend this condominium for either a winter or summer stay. Thank you LTA !

What a great layout ! Very family friendly. Each of the bedrooms has a bathroom. And the loft was large and spacious. The place was very clean through out. Very impressed with the coordination of the Lake Tahoe Accommodations personnel; from initial reservations through check-out. Condos were in great condition and well suited for our groups during our stay. Those of us from Texas were a little concerned upon arrival realizing there were no air conditioners in the condo, but were reaching for blankets later that day :)

Condos were in great condition and well suited for our groups during our stay. This place was great! The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment that made cooking at the condo a breeze. There were plenty of beds, it was clean, and it was a great place to have as a home-base while we explored North Lake Tahoe.

The unit was very clean and spacious. I liked the layout. The family room, kitchen and dining room were all open and connected, which makes it nice for a big group.I stayed there over the Fourth of July weekend, so the only complaint I have is that it was very hot. The downstairs floor was quite comfortable and cool, but there is no AC, so the second floor and loft got to be quite stuffy. I went to the Lake Tahoe Accommodations front office and borrowed a box fan from them. That helped a lot, but I think the place really needs two fans in the summer: one in the family room and an oscillating fan in the loft. Keep in mind that there is no wireless internet in the unit, and 4G signal seemed to be weak for Verizon but strong for AT&T.

In general terms this rental experience was a great one: from the person who was at the office (Laura) to initiate our adventure till the moment we delivered the keys at the same office. The house was clean, kitchen was fully equipped, TV's were all over the place, furniture was really good and house distribution was excellent for our group of 8 people. We only were slightly disappointed with the amount of hot water as when returning from skiing it was not enough to allow all of us to take a gratifying shower in a short period and another issue was that this unit did not have WiFi which is an important limitation for our current need to be connected with the world. All members of our family enjoyed the condo. We liked the location, it was quiet, no Bears, and good parking. The unit worked great, we planned on eight but only seven showed up. The master bedroom was excellent for my wife and I. I like the auto light system. Bathrooms seemed to work well. The kitchen was great and eating and clean up was made easy for all of us. Liked the TV and the new BBQ, used it twice, worked well. Thanks for the gift bag nice touch. Now if you could get us in the Beach for a little less, Grand kids would go. Thank you. We may see you next year or so. Tom and Joan Butch.

We recently spent a week in Tahoe. This condo comfortably slept 5 adults and 4 young kids and was very nicely equipped, especially the kitchen. It has a washer and dryer in the unit - a big plus if you are packing light or have small kids. We especially liked the access to the local beaches. We would very much recommend this location and this unit, especially if you are considering accommodating two small families vacationing together as we were. The only bad thing about our trip was that it was not long enough. We also felt like we were given lots of information and a very hospitable welcome by Lake Tahoe Accommodations! In short, we had a fantastic time.

My extended family stayed in this condo last summer, and are staying there again this summer. In the past we had always stayed at Forest Pines, but found that over the years the management there became less and less kid friendly. We moved to Mountain Shadows, which is a beautiful complex. There are two very nice pools. The condo itself is very spacious and there are plenty of TVs, etc to keep everyone happy. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. The only downfall is that there is not much storage space for food if you are going to stay for two weeks like we do.
