This property was wonderful for our large group planning to ski around Lake Tahoe. There was plenty of room for everyone. There is a second unit attached to the main home with plenty of beds. The property was clean and even well maintained through a snowstorm. The property was cleared of snow a few times a day. The location is walking distance to the village and has wonderful views of the lake. Customer service was some of the best I have experienced. They responded promptly and were extremely accommodating and kind when we needed it. We will definitely book though them again!

Great home! Great view, very large, and super kid friendly. Perfect for multiple families to stay and enjoy it all. I just wish there was a pool table at the property which would really push it over the top I think! But other than that it was great!

Beautiful lake & mountain views from main living areas, decks, and kitchen. Convenient setting in Incline Village. House generally in good shape, we used the hot tub daily. We filled the house with 17 adults and found the layout confusing and inconvenient, esp if some are of limited mobility. Lots of stairs! Separate entrances and keys for the attached apartment. You must go outside to access this apartment. This has a separate kitchen, down 3 flights of stairs, that we used daily as well. 5 cars max can fit in garage + driveway, so we played musical cars a lot. Did I mention lots of stairs? Sylvia at the Incline Village office was very responsive to our inquiries and the several problems that popped up during the week. I value responsiveness and thank her!

We were extremely happy with our rental of the Azure Chateau for our family reunion! Sometimes things look better online than in person, but this definitely wasn't the case. We had an amazing time, and the house was beautiful! It was clean, absolutely beautiful with unique, stunning woodwork, and views from most of the rooms. We spent many mornings and evenings hanging out on the upper deck and enjoying the best view of the north shore! The main kitchen table was big enough to fit most of our group, and the kids were able to fit on the coffee table or some of us would sit outside on the deck. We had 15 people, and the house was definitely big enough to house us all and had plenty of linens. We weren't sure if there would be enough cooking pans, service ware, etc. but we were very pleased to find everything we needed. There were enough plates/silverware for us to have two meals without having to wait for the dishwasher to finish! The house was close to many of the things that we wanted to do. There was some construction going on so just plan on giving yourself plenty of time to get to and through Tahoe City and points south. We enjoyed boating, cycling on the local paths, and floating the Truckee River. There are rental companies for anything you want to do! Lake Tahoe Accommodations is an amazing company. They responded to all of our email questions, sent us numerous proactive emails right before our stay, and made our entire experience flawless. I would highly recommend going through them for anything you want to rent in the area. Their customer service is excellent! Our only issue was the barbeque, but we were prepared to not depend on it to be ready to use. My husband was able to give it an extreme cleaning, which he did, to get it usable. There was plenty of propane available, but we had to clean the burners to get them going. The next guests will benefit!! I would highly recommend this house and this company for your stay!

Our stay at this house was fantastic. It has beautiful views of the lake and lots of room for the kids to enjoy themselves. We had family who came from Los Angeles and one of their children has special needs and Sylvia from Lake Tahoe Accommodations was very understanding and very helpful and let us check in an hour early into the house. I highly recommend this house and Lake Tahoe Accommodations. My family and I will definitely be booking another vacation stay with Lake Tahoe Accommodations in the near future.

We traveled to Tahoe to do the Trans Tahoe Relay--a relay swim across the lake. There were 14 adults who shared the house. We loved the house and thought it was great, the lake view being outstanding. The location was also a plus with easy access to so many things. We had some minor issues that LTA quickly resolved for us.

We rented a large, gorgeous and upgraded house in Incline Village for 4 nights over July 4th weekend 2016 and had a spectacular time. Beautiful views of the Lake from this home. Convenient location, but away from the crowds. Great for a large group of family and friends (8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms) with 2 kitchens, bar, hot tub. The house is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms, including two laundry rooms and a hot tub, games and more. The best part was the stress-free dealings with the Property Management group. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful and available on short notice during the holiday weekend when we blew a circuit/fuse in the kitchen and didn't know where to find the fuse box in this 7,000 square foot house! They returned our call within 10 minutes and had the solution! Thank you Lake Tahoe Accommodations. I will never rent from a private owner again, only Property Management companies, and you have set the bar high-----could not imagine having better service and feeling as welcome as Lake Tahoe Accommodations made us and our house guests feel! Thank you!

Good property for my large group. Amazing views of the lake. We had lots of adults and kids. Good common areas and bedrooms with privacy away from the noise as well. I would rent this property again.

The house was lovely. It was very clean. We had a few small maintenance issues but Lake Tahoe Accommodations were very good about sending the maintenance crew to fix most issues and giving us a nice discount for those items not fixed while we were there. The home was large enough for our big family. We had family space and private space. The location of the property was perfect for our family. Close to the Lake but in a very quiet, private area.

The house was just great. It was clean and had everything we needed. Better than a Hotel. We had 12 people and everyone was very comfortable. The views were wonderful. Plenty of great Restaurants in the area. All in all, we had a great stay. The people at Lake Tahoe Accommodations were just great to work with. Very helpful.

The views are exquisite!! The house is very spacious plenty of room. The deck needs painted as the outside of the entire house. Some of our guest complained about comfort of the beds. We all had a great time in Lake Tahoe. The staff was very accommodating for our needs. Comments above are merely cosmetic overall the the house was great, which made our vacation great.

This is a beautiful property with outstanding views of the lake. We had a party of 14 adults and the house accommodated us nicely. The bedrooms are on different levels, so there are a lot of stairs, but the bedroom/bathroom ratio works out great. The unit with the outside entrance was fine in the summer. The kitchen was large and well stocked with the essentials, as well as many spices and other kitchen necessities. The "hide-a-bed" in the family room is really just a couch that you take the back cushions from to make a single bed. This room has no curtains and lots of windows, so anyone staying in this area is awakened early by bright sunlight. This room is very nice though as a gathering area. We set up a puzzle on the counter there that people worked on throughout the week. The location is great for all kinds of outdoor activities, casino events and great restaurants. We would love to come back.

We loved this property! 4 couples rented over New Years Eve. Excellent value for money. Photos do not do it justice! View is amazing from virtually every room! Will say one slight criticism which is not at all obvious in the advertising.....One of the 'king' bedrooms is actually underneath the main house - almost like an attached 'Nanny apartment' we couldn't get to it very easily! It involves entering through a different entrance feels cut off from the rest of the house. The THICK snow made it really difficult to get to. It just meant we felt like we were down one bedroom had to re-arrange a 'twin' bedroom into one bed to be suitable for a couple. This would not be a problem in the summer, as it'd be totally accessible. Great location. Easy road access to North and South Tahoe literally around the corner from the Hyatt.

We could watch the fireworks from the deck! Home was lovely and very comfortable. 6th "bedroom" was really an office off the living room with a fold-out couch. But separate suite under the garage worked so well for family with small children. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again!

This is the second time that my group of 12 golfers has rented this home for a week in July. The six bedrooms were perfect for our all male group and we only needed a couple of additional air mattresses to give everyone their own bed. The staff at Lake Tahoe Accommodations was particularly helpful and the few times that we required assistance, a maintenance was on site in a matter of minutes. The view from the balconies was superb, the furnishings were comfortable and the only thing missing was a toaster. No problem! We bought one and left it there for your future enjoyment. We highly recommend this property for your summer or winter vacations.
