Economic condo located in the fabulous Lake Village complex! This condo is located just a few minutes from beaches and casinos and less than 10 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort! The complex includes a year round hot tub and summer pool and tennis! The condo is 3 levels with the mid-level having the kitchen and living room along with very nice lake views! The top floor is the master bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bathroom, and there is also a large lake view deck! The bottom floor has the other 2 bedrooms and the one with the 2 single beds has an extra smart TV!
***Please note: The pool area, including the community hot tub and indoor play areas, can only be used by 6 guests at one time.***

A very pristine complex of homes & clubhouse grounds perfect for parents & my grandson daily. Local Nevada beach 1 minute away is the best pure water dive spot ever!! 08/02/2020The unit was the right size for our family of 8 (2 adults, 6 kids between ages of 3-11). It wasn't fancy, but did the trick for our family. The view of the lake from the third floor patio was very nice to watch sunsets from!

10/21/2019This is a "no frills" condo, but was perfect for us. We were in Tahoe for the Marathon. We were happy to have comfy beds (there were 6 of us) and a kitchen to cook our race-eve pasta dinner. We took advantage of the hot tub in the evening after the race. Location was good, near casinos and Nevada beach. Office staff was nice. We got a bottle of wine and some coffee at check in.
