03/07/2022We stayed here during in late Feb/early March, we were on a ski vacation from back east and this place was perfect. We had two families, a total of 7 people, and we were able to spread out very nicely. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable, all of the linens were clean. The bathrooms were very clean as well. In a nice touch there was plenty of trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, shower soap and TP in the home which saved us from having to stock up on those at the Raley's downtown. There is a really convenient store/small market nearby that has beer, wine, milk and other things that you might need in a pinch. The location of the place couldn't be better to ski out of for skiers of all abilities. My 8 year old could easily head out from Stagecoach to get to Dipper or Comet and then the entire mountain. Our kids loved the whole experience. We would definitely recommend this place and we would certainly stay here again. The views are incredibly beautiful. Check in was done via lock box as we arrived late and check out was in person. The company is very good at texting information and responding to concerns via text as well.

07/26/2021Beautiful home in an ideal location with a gorgeous view. Large living areas for big groups. Fun game floor with Pac Man, game table, books, puzzles, and foosball. Easy to get to the lake in either direction. Nice to be up and away from the hussle and bussle of the Stateline activities. The home was very clean and well maintained. Would have liked having more spoons in the utensil drawer. There are 5 cupboards of glasses, one of dishes and 4 spoons :) Other than that it was incredible!

02/14/2020Absolutely FANTASTIC, true SKI IN/SKI OUT property. Located down a private gated road, right next to the Stagecoach Run/Lift with easy access right outside the house door. The property fit our party of 8-10 nicely. Everyone had personal space. The elevator was a great plus after a long ski day for my 55+ year old knees. This is a four story property. Main level is entry with great ski/snowboard storage area and a half bath for last minute stop before hitting the slopes, second level has the two bunk rooms-one is a double bottom/single top; the other bedroom has a single bed and a twin bunk, shared hallway bathroom, a bonus TV room, game room and laundry room. Third level is the kitchen, great room with awesome gas fireplace, and master bedroom with King bed. Fourth level (must take stairs as elevator stops at 3) are two additional King bedrooms each with en-suite baths. Lots of space! The house has a security system which we did not utilize but did appreciate the door beeps to alert us someone was coming in from way down below. The house also has a sound system, which we also did not utilize as we brought our own bluetooth speakers. The house has WIFI but since the house is mountaintop, service was sketchy. The management company is very attentive and responds immediately. There were NO starter spices/oils etc. I know this isn't mandatory for owners to do but at this price point, it is certainly nice to have simply things like pepper and oil and maybe some simple spices. We rent all over the US and internationally and nearly always there are some basic items. I find that we leave our oils and spices for the next tenants and I think the owners would find that they end up with more than they initially supplied. We did get a nice starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher detergent. Spray cleanser for the counters would have been appreciated. The hot tub was AWESOME and utilized daily. Would also recommend a key pad/code for house entry. For a home that can hold 14, we only got two keys. Our group was spread all over the mountain, so this made it difficult to secure the house while still allowing everyone access. A key pad would alleviate that. Lastly, there are two garages. But if you come with a big SUV or long-bed truck they will NOT fit into the second garage. We had warmer weather with little new snow, so we didn't run into issues parking in front of the house, but I understand what if there are big snows, all vehicles must be off the street in front of this home...this would have been an issue for us as only 1 vehicle fit into the garage. Thank you for sharing this overall great property! We had a fantastic vacation.

01/23/2020Amazing property! Very clean. Description online was very accurate. Wonderful location...you are steps from the actual Stagecoach slope and the lift is right around the corner. Amazing views all around. 10 minutes from the casinos and many restaurants! Customer service was great. They responded promptly to a couple of minor things we called them about.

12/13/2017We loved this house! The only complaint we had is that for such a nice house the sofa pull out bed was uncomfortable. It would also be very helpful if the house provided a fold out privacy screen for that sofa room as well to give those people privacy when changing or sleeping. Otherwise, the house was amazing, everything was very nice and we loved being able to ski from the house right down to the run. I would absolutely stay here again!

With perfect placement right beside Heavenly's stagecoach lift, you're literally feet away! Strap in and slide down the back of the house and you're on the slope!! As described, there is WiFi but since it's DSL with older equipment, it is so spotty that there's no point in using it. Everyone had to use their own personal cell data. You are allowed to park 3 cars on property, but if you are planning on more, be prepared to park down the street (.5mi) at Heavenly's hotel/lift area.

07/08/2014The house was absolutely wonderful! Everything looked brand-new and there was space for all my family that came to visit from Colombia. There was something for everybody from the youngest with the game room to the older with the Jacuzzi and the barbecue. The view of the house was amazing and it was very peaceful. I definitely would recommend the house. In fact, I want to rent it again in the winter time.

We wouldn't think of using any other company to rent property in the Lake Tahoe area.
