This house is unbelievable! Constructed in 2010, this house was designed specifically for vacation rentals, every detail with you in mind! The home has 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, can sleep 16 people comfortably, has a private hot tub on the 1200 square foot upstairs deck, game room with pool table and 37" flat screen TV, dual master suites, one with a jacuzzi bath tub, both have gas fireplaces and flat screen TV's, and an enormous kitchen with dining for 12! The upstairs living plan has hardwood floors and a 55" TV, the kitchen has granite counters and a beautiful gas range, dual sided gas fireplace faces both the living room and kitchen, there is a gas barbecue on the deck, and a wet bar with mini fridge and wine refrigerator! 02/25/2024We have been traveling to South Lake Tahoe for decades in February to enjoy family, friends, snow and fun. This is one of the best cabins we have stayed in for our family size. Everyone was accommodated. The cabin was clean and well maintained. The property is located off one of the roads we travel to and from the Stateline and easily accessible. The view from one of the bedrooms was fantastic! You can sit by the fireplace in the bedroom in an easy chair and watch the traffic go by looking out over the snow covered trees. The dining table was large enough to fit our group for meals and games. The living room had a large comfy couch. We enjoyed the fireplaces, hot tub, and pool table. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. The property managers were very communicative, sending texts about our stay and we were able to send a text about an issue with the washing machine which they immediately texted back that they were going to take care of. Some of our group rode the MS Dixie Paddle Boat across the lake into Emerald Bay, we did an Escape Room and went shopping near the outdoor skating rink and gondola. It snowed on our last day there which capped off our trip beautifully. The only negative to this accommodation was it was priced higher than we normally would pay but it was a very nice accommodation.

08/03/2017Our family could not have enjoyed this property more. It was beautiful and central to so many beaches, activities, shopping and the casinos. This home was stocked with everything we needed. There were 13 of us and it never felt crowded. It is located in a beautiful area. Working with Lake Tahoe Accommodations was a dream. They could not have been nicer, more helpful or professional. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future. Thank you to the owners and Lake Tahoe Accommodations for helping us with our incredible family vacation. We are so appreciative. It was a dream come true.

08/30/2016House was great and Lake Tahoe Accommodations made the entire process easy! We had a group of 12 people for a bachelor party and we would all recommend this property for any large group. You are far enough outside of town to have privacy but close enough you are only about a 5 minute ride to the casinos / restaurants and a 10 minute ride to Zephyr Cove.

Would recommend it to anyone looking to fit 10-15 people with a very short drive to Heavenly. Took about 45 minutes to get to Kirkwood as well. The garage was great for letting gear dry out and not bringing snow/water into the house.

One call to.LTA and we had a perfect house for our group. It was a sweet place and we can wait to stay there or other LTA listings. 07/08/2014Me and 15 other friends came up for the weekend and we all agreed that this is probably the best cabin we have ever stayed in. It has so much room and every bathroom is gorgeous. The pool table was a nice plus and the hot tub was perfect. Nothing bad to say about this cabin especially because of the huge dining table.

08/02/2013I stayed at this lovely property for my bachelorette party with 15 of my friends. It was wonderful! We took full advantage of the big kitchen and loved using the hot tub at night. It is secluded so we never felt like we were being too loud. It is only about a mile away from the casinos, so it was a pretty cheap cab fair. I would definitely stay here again!

02/27/2013We decided to try out a different cabin this season and glad we chose this place. We absolutely LOVED this cabin! Bedrooms were huge! There were enough bathrooms for my big family. There was no need to literally wait in line for our turns and that's a big plus. Gorgeous kitchen and loved the fact that everyone can sit all together during meals. Parking has always been an issue with my family - not this time around. Loved the fact that there was a gas grill on the patio deck, as well. No complaints here! We forgot to sign the guestbook but we plan on coming back this summer!!

02/29/2012House was fantastic, exactly what we wanted, good hot tub, great backyard for sledding (but only one sled in garage, should have two was only complaint), beautiful kitchen with everything we needed, except pantry was locked up so we had nowhere to put our food away. Fireplaces, living room, master suites all great.

It was just around the corner from Heavenly, California Lodge, and accessible to all shops, casinos etc. The house was warm, well equipped and well presented. I would definitely recommend this property to a group of friends or family. Excellent choice for us and will return if we get back to Tahoe.

10/30/2011The house is Amazing! Could not have asked for better. Pictures don't do it justice. It is just far enough out of town to have some privacy, but close enough for a cheap taxi ride. The taxi's, by the way, were easy to get. It is about a two or three minute drive into town (South Lake)and about five to ten minutes to Stateline (depending on traffic through town). The agency, Lake Tahoe Accommodations, is accommodating, yet very hands-off, which we liked. The only downside was that they were about half an hour late checking us in. Also, be aware, there is one and only one neighbor out there about a hundred yards or so away. He might call the agency on you if you are too loud, but he's a little phone happy and they know it. Mostly he was fine. Overall, an amazing find for the price and I would highly recommend it.

09/06/2011This place was PERFECT! We had a large group with all ages. Close to everything. We are already planning to return. The cabin was beautiful. Spacious with plenty of rooms & bathrooms. We originally had planned to bbq at the beach the 1st night but no one wanted to leave! We did all our meals there except when we spent the day at the lake. Which I recommend getting to the beach at Zephyr Cove by 11 or earlier on weekends to rent jetskis. If you don't want the beach atmosphere, Ski run is the other option.Lake Tahoe Accommodations was simply fabulous!! Easy to work with & really nice! We found a leak while we were there & maintenance came out the next day & fixed it. Can't wait to go back!

08/17/2011Fabulous house!! Very well stocked with kitchen gadget necessities to make meals of all kinds. Great location and very close to grocery store. The weather is fabulous and so are the area hiking trails, horse back riding and white water rafting. No complaints. Plenty of room for the 13 of us and the large table in the kitchen area is grand. We are from all over the country so it was very nice to be able to sit at the same table and have cooked meals and enjoy each others company.

08/12/2011We loved the house! We had 4 couples and 5 toddlers. Perfect house and right next to all of the amenities South Shore has to offer. Relaxing, beautiful scenery and perfect for larger parties. The outside deck was a minor concern with the kids as there was a big gap between deck and railing. However we assumed that was for snow removal?

07/28/2011Eight adults shared the home for a week. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. There wasn't one thing we needed, that wasn't supplied. The kitchen was wonderful, and the huge deck was perfect for relaxing! The absolute ONLY drawback on this property is that is is located right on the corner. The traffic noise and road repair noise were a distraction and kept us from being able to have the bedroom windows open at night.
