Looking at the house on your site, was like walking into the photo shown it was beautiful. We took our kids and their kids and my mother and sister, and friends of our we had plenty of room for all. The kids saw snow and enjoyed the hot tub. This will be the house we choose every year we come. Service was Excellent, called about the heater not working they came right away fix the problem.

A group have friends and I have rented this cabin on and off for about 10 years. The view from the deck is worth the price of admission. Its close to many attractions and has plenty of sleeping space. It is a little outdated and the updates have been slow. The TV is really small for a rental unit, but minor gripes. For the price, you are essentially paying for a view. The amenities and quality is good, not great, but wow, what a view!

We loved this cabin. It was so cozy and BIG! Had incredible views of the lake to wake up to and the sunset sky was awesome from the balcony. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Perfect distance from the lake and Main Street. My family loved it. We can't wait to come back next year!

The house was awesome and absolutely perfect for our trip. We were accommodated due to an Airbnb house being sold prior to our scheduled trip. LTA stepped in and helped out. They were great. Their service was top notch. I will definitely look to them first next time.

This house was very nice. The views from the entire back side of the house were incredible. Everything worked as it was supposed to. The rooms were comfortable and clean. A very quiet street. All in all, it was perfect for us.

Lake Tahoe Accommodations and their properties are the best. This is now the 3rd time I've used them and will continue to do so whenever booking in the Tahoe area. This cabin was prefect for our weekend getaway. There was enough space for everyone and the amenities were just what we needed. The view was absolutely incredible and the location to the mountain was amazing.

This house was great for our group of 14. There were plenty of beds and pull out couches. The kitchen had everything we needed to make big dinners, and the grill worked well. The location was also amazing, only about a quarter mile to the bottom of Heavenly. The only real negatives were that the hot tub is can only fit 6 people at a time. Also the heating in the house is kind of weird- some rooms get warm and stuffy but the rest of the house is chilly. We couldn't get the fireplace downstairs to work which was a bummer. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay!

Sometimes the guests open and close vents based on their heat preference. It takes a little adjusting to get it to balance out. Sorry to hear about the fireplace. Loved this house! The view is fantastic! Beds comfortable. Nice jacuzzi on the deck. Quiet neighborhood. The main floor had living room, kitchen, dining area with large table, laundry room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The upstairs had a living area, wet bar, full bath, and 2 bedrooms, for the full privacy of additional guests which made it so nice for our friends when they came to visit over the weekend!! Our ONLY complaint is that the lighting in the kitchen is not very bright; could use an additional overhead light to see better while cooking. The staff at Lake Tahoe Acc. super friendly and helpful!! YES we would rent this house again!!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and accommodated our entire family. Great view of the lake. The one area for upgrading was that the TV's did not have HD and the picture quality was not very good.

The owners read your review and responded! They have replaced the old tube TV's with HD flat screens! Four in total! 1 in the living room, 1 in the upstairs family room and 2 in bedrooms. This was our 3rd consecutive year renting a house through LTA and 2nd time in those 3 years we have stayed at HCH-1475. We had a wonderful long weekend and thoroughly enjoy this property. It's big enough for our big family annual getaway easily accommodating the 12 adults and 2 kids. While we may try other locations around the lake, I have a strong feeling we will return to this one as well as we really find it convenient and comfortable. Thank you LTA for always making us feel so welcome and ensuring we have a clean house when we arrive!

We had a large group (14 adults) book this home for 3 nights, and it worked out perfectly. We felt the place looked better in person than in pictures. There is a great view of the lake from the porch and jacuzzi. The main family room accommodated all of us and our various board games. Consistent with other reviews, the sofa beds are not the most comfortable, but nothing out of the ordinary. We appreciated the extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper that were on hand. The garage and driveway could easily accommodate 6 cars, which is important since parking on the street is not allowed. Overall, A-

We spent my grandfather's birthday here and it was excellent. The view of Lake Tahoe is spectacular, the grill and hot tub on the back deck are excellent and although we were there in the Summer, it looks like a great spot for winter sports as it's ridiculously close to Heavenly. Kitchen is well-equipped with things. We found the sofa beds a bit uncomfortable, though.

We spent the 4th of July weekend at this beautiful cabin. There were 12 adults and 2 children and never once did we feel like we were stepping on each other. Plenty of room and great views of the lake (saw all of the fireworks from the decks). Absolultely loved our time and will be looking to come back again next year. Well worth the price and so glad we were able to enjoy this beautiful home and location!

I stayed at the property on Lucinda Court. This was my 30th birthday and it was the best idea I ever had. This place was clean, very convenient and of course just enough for my party. It is near most attractions in South Lake Tahoe. I was not dissapointed by this. I will definitely use you next time I party in Tahoe. Great job. Keep it up. I give you 5 star rating.

Great house for a large group - we had 14 folks for a b-day celebration weekend in July and everything worked out perfectly. Amazing views of the lake and large deck to enjoy outdoor cooking and lounging. The hot tub is easy to work and nice to have for the cool evenings. Awesome location - right at the steps of Heavenly and a couple minutes drive from the main shops in South Lake Tahoe. The house has everything you need - especially the kitchen...lots of extra plates and utensils, plenty of towels and sheets. The only complaint was that the twin beds weren't the most comfortable and the sofa beds were a bit flimsy....we brought a couple air mattresses to be safe and some people used those instead. In summary, fantastic house rental...tough to beat the combo of great location, great views, well-maintained house and decent price given the amenities. Highly recommend this property!

This house was PERFECT! There were 10 of us and there was plenty of space (including each bedroom; no one felt they got "stuck" with the worst room) and everything was in excellent condition. The location was convenient to a lot of activities and the view from the deck was gorgeous. We would definitely rent again!

The cabin we stayed in was just what we were looking for! It was easily large enough for all 14 of us and with 3 bathrooms it made it a cinch to get showered up. The proximity to Heavenly was a major plus...short drive!! (Or a decent walk with boards in tote). The view from the deck was gorgeous and since it was many of my friends' first time in Tahoe, it thoroughly impressed them. A major attraction on the deck was the hot tub, which after a long day on the slopes was great. The TV in the cabin is a nice flatscreen, but I don't think we turned it on once...too much to do when you stay in South Lake! Thanks to a substantial amount of linen, everyone stayed warm. My wife also really appreciated that the kitchen had all the necessities and more for cooking large dinners! The Office was also very helpful during my late night check-in and equally helpful when a cab was late to pick up my friend (which delayed us) during check-out.

Great property! We had a family get together and had a wonderful time. House was very clean and very convenient. Kitchen is very spacious and outside patio is nice and big with bbq. One small issue was that we had some pretty large ants that came through the bathroom the vent. But, after spraying them and putting a cloth on the vent it was solved. It's a little pricey but with multiple families it's less painful. Would definitely stay there again.

The home was clean and everything worked. Nice deck with a great view of the Lake. Close to town but felt like we were in the woods. Who could ask for more? Lake Tahoe Accommodations made check-in and check-out very simple. We will use them on our next trip to the area.

We LOVED this home. It accommodated all 12 of us so well and we really appreciated the abundance of towels and bedding. Such an immaculate place and the spa and deck were so enticing we stuck closer to home more than usual. For 20 years we have been renting and as our family has grown this was by the far the BEST and MOST FUN place. Thank you, we will definitely come next summer. :-) One suggestion would be to upgrade hide-a-bed mattress.

This is the best vacation house I ever rented. I was really nervous, because I didn't know what to expect. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised. The house is in great location and have an amazing view of the lake. It had everything we needed. We were even more surprised when we discovered our own private snow park in the backyard. We were able to slide down on our sleds and saucers. The run was pretty long and both adults and little kids can enjoy. The price is also pretty good compare to other rentals.

The house was fairly nice, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the view was fantastic. Location was great, easy access to everything. A few complaints about items not in top condition. The dishwasher had a leak, the BBQ did not have all burners operational and the internet mostly did not work. We had a good time, thank you.

It looks like the dishwasher rack was installed backwards and has been corrected. You're right, the BBQ was rusting out. We have replaced BBQ with new propane one. We're not sure what the problem was with the Wifi, but it seems to be working fine at this time.

Probably one of the best views in Tahoe. We hardly left the deck when we were at the house. Great for larger groups. House could use some updates/upgrades = kitchen, new bbq, and the deck itself needs some love.

The house is great, the view can't be beat, it's SO clase to the mountain and great for a large group. When we arrived, we found that most appliances including the dishwasher and DVD player were not working properly, a sofa bed with broken springs and a hot tub with an ancient cover that refused to stay hot. The staff was so professional and helpful I'm sure that if was had called them they would have come to fix it, but we were too busy skiing, snow shoeing and enjoying the amazing view to worry about it at the time. I would just be sure to check that everything works properly when making a reservation so you don't waste time making discoveries as we did. We gave them a list of things to fix, so I'm sure it's probably taken care of. Also, this is a gas fireplace. So don't bring wood. :-) Have fun!

Loved the place and the management at the office was very friendly and helpful, Thanks Theresa !The place is beautiful and found all to be very comfortable. Took a day to figure out how to keep the two downstairs bedrooms from being unbearably hot while the rest of the house was comfortable. Partially close off the supply vents that are on the floor to reduce air flow, (works better than leaving a window partially open). Also remember in the winter, you need four wheel drive or chains or you will not make it up the street and into the drive. Nice place, will stay again. Have fun all.

This place was great. The kids were able to play upstairs in the second living/family room, while adults were in the main family room downstairs. It was right in the middle of everything, lake, stores, casinos, etc. With a good rate. Definitely will stay again.

We selected this property from the internet because of its location, size and price. Three families, each with two kids (all 6 and under), stayed in this house for three nights and it was an excellent choice. The description online was accurate and we found it to be clean and furnished modestly if not modernly. There was plenty of room for all families and two living areas made it easy to entertain kids away from adults. The property is not fenced, but the back deck held enough space for the kids to play and the general area quiet so playing around the house was also OK. The view from the back deck over Lake Tahoe is to die for and made washing the dishes a pleasure - view from the kitchen window. This house is only a short drive to the shops, Stateline and the Lake which suited us as we had boys riding in the Lake Tahoe 100 mile bike ride and visitors from overseas who wanted to see the area. We would recommend this property to friends and would definitely rent this property again if we travel to Tahoe.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and the view was awesome. The house does need some updating though as far as furniture and the hot tub was dirty when we arrived. We had to wait for someone to clean it. Also the barbecue was falling apart. Otherwise, very nice place and nice rental company. We would stay again.
