The house was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of Lake Tahoe. The price was also good for the luxury that we had. Additionally, their staff at the office were we picked up our keys where very helpful and I will definitely come back to stay for vacation using Lake Tahoe Accommodations again.

Great house for a family gathering. Very comfortable with all the amenities you would want. Close to all South Shore attractions. Spectacular views of Lake Tahoe and Sunsets. Would rent again for next visit.

Seven of us stayed in the house over Memorial Day Weekend. The property was everything we hoped for and more! The views from the multiple decks are amazing and perfect for sunset watching, hot tubbing and BBQing. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the items we needed for cooking all of our meals. For the adventurous types, there is a road that leads up to the slopes of Heavenly to a path where the ski slope ends. You can hike up the ski trail to one of the peaks for a phenomenal view of the entire South Lake Tahoe Basin. The Casinos and beaches are a short drive or taxi ride away. I recommend Nevada Beach - plenty of parking, tons of beach to wander up and down, not too crowded even on the holiday weekend. The gas fireplaces in the house allow for a wonderful atmosphere during the evenings after sunset. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay but still wants to have tons of fun!

We rented a cabin February 25, 2016. Loved it! What a great home with a fantastic view. Location, home, amenities, comfortable bedding...everything was just perfect. On top of that everyone at Lake Tahoe Accommodations provided such great, friendly service. I would recommend them and this cabin to everyone. What a wonderful vacation my family had. Thank you.

The house location is awesome. A short drive or decent walk to the California base. Overall the house is extremely nice and great for large groups. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the "equipment" you'll need to cook in. Great basement for hanging out around the bar and watching TV or playing cards. Views of Lake Tahoe are amazing. Surprisingly the guys who slept on the 3 rollouts even said they were fairly comfortable, although alcohol helps to sleep. The one knock on the house is the hot tub. It only sits 3 avg. sized adults before spills over. The rental company was great to work with and the one time we had a slight mechanical issue they sent someone over to fix it right away. We'll use them again when we come back.

Stayed here the weekend after NYE. Loved it! The location is great, the views are amazing, and the house is very nice and comfortable. There are two main living areas, but we spent most of our time in the one downstairs because it had the dedicated bar and game table. Our only gripes were the following: - The unit actually sleeps only 9 adults comfortably. The 3 roll-away beds are best for children. - The hot tub only works for about an hour before it shorts out. It wasn't a huge deal, since it was a good cue to get out. Repairmen were very responsive though. We will definitely stay here again, but with a max of 9 adults.

We loved this rental. It was very clean and has a fully equipped kitchen. The view is gorgeous. We can just walk to the ski resort. We definitely recommended to others.

Great house, amazing views, walking distance to Heavenly CA lifts. LTA made everything super easy, will rent from them again and would defiantly stay in this home in the future. Good mattresses and 3 roll-away beds. All bathrooms are remodeled and amazing. Solid BBQ that has gas plumbed. Linens and pillows need replacing. Kitchen was well appointed, but needs new frying pans (broken handles). Wifi code not posted had to call.

Thanks for your feedback. The owners have replaced all pillows and have purchased brand new pillow protectors. We couldn't find any broken handles on the frying pans, but if any of our renters can find them, we'll replace them too.
