We had the best time ever! We were a group of 12 (no kids) and had an amazing time. Lots of great memories! The house was beautiful! Enough beds and lots of room. The casinos were minutes away, so was Raley's. The weather was fantastic! I would definitely return! Hopefully sooner, rather than later! Next time, I'm bringing my 2 kids, they will love it!

This was a great house to stay in. We had a group of guys stay for 3 nights in March and the house accommodated us perfectly. The best thing about the house was by far the location. Walking to Heavenly Ski Resort is easy. It's only a 5 minute drive to the casinos, and the community that the house is in has a pool and spa. When there is snow on the ground, the backyard is a great sledding area too. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely return.

The house was pretty awesome. Great deck and views. The BBQ worked great and it was a quick walk to get to the hot tub. All in all was an awesome trip.

Nice cozy home in a nice quiet area. Easy to find, not too high up in the hill. Love the location, very close to restaurants and shopping centers, not to mention the casinos and a movie theater. Very close to the ski resort. Unfortunately it was closed the day we went due to the wind, but we found other stuff to do. We especially love the cozy fireplace area. Nice and warm and perfect area to take a family picture. On our drive up, it snowed...such a pretty site. We don't get snow here in the Central Valley, so it was a real treat for us to see and play in the snow.

This is a very nice property; the rental agent described it as a great place for a family gathering, and she was right. The kitchen was large and very well supplied with more cookware than I have at home! The furnishings were tasteful and clean, and it was convenient to have the 3 full baths, especially 2 with the shower and toilet in separate rooms. The only thing I didn't like was the room with bunks, but I can see how that would work with a family with small children. It would only sleep 12 if you put 2 children in the double beds under the bunk beds. The location has a pretty partial view of Lake Tahoe, filtered through pine trees, the pool and hot tub in the community area are nice, and it is convenient to get down to the lake and shopping.

This place is great! There is an upstairs master bedroom with a king bed and an upstairs summer camp room with two bunk beds (4 beds total). On the Middle floor there is a room with a queen size bed. The family room has a pull out couch. The fireplace cove has two benches that can be slept on also. Downstairs there are two futons. The lower level has a pool table, dart board, stereo and TV. The main level has a wonderful kitchen, large dining room table, a huge deck with BBQ, a couch, love seat, chair, TV, large fireplace with two sitting benches. The upstairs has two bedrooms each have a TV and decks off of each one. Each level has a bathroom and shower. We loved it. You might want to drive to the casinos or beach. Our group thought it was too far to walk.

Our family recommends this home as an excellent family vacation getaway. We loved its location.. being so close to all the amenities. My teenagers absolutely loved the playroom and we enjoyed our evening bar-b-ques on the deck watching the sunset views of the lake.

I rented the house for my cousins bachelor party in late March. The home itself is perfect for every event, family vacations, guy trip, and in this case a bachelor party. There was plenty of room to accommodate the 10 guys we had. The set up of the house was great! The location was close to Heavenly, the Casinos and any other activity you might want to do while visiting South Lake Tahoe. We checked in late and the power on the bottom level was out. The next morning we called maintenance and someone showed up and helped with the breaker box which was inconveniently located behind a locked door. After we got the power going, our vacation was great, and definitely the right price!

This is an absolutely adorable 3 story cabin and was perfect for multiple families. It's so close to Heavenly, which worked great for us. We love the character of the cabin including the huge moose head above a sunken beautiful gas fire place. The gas made it clean and convenient to enjoy. God blessed the week with a down pour of spring snow so the timing could not have been better. The bunk bed mattress on top are definitely needing replacement, not too comfortable for adults! We loved the view of Lake Tahoe.

My friends and I stayed here with our kids and had a blast. Great location to downtown Tahoe plus, only a few feet away from pool and hot tub. Lots of space to relax in the living room, deck to have drinks and chat. Upstairs bedroom had bunks for the kids and a beautiful deck from one of the rooms. We'd love to visit again.
