There is sleeping for 10 with a loft that has 2 twin size beds, a 37' LCD TV in the living room, and you will be only 100 feet from the ski lift! Only 1 mile to casinos and beaches from this perfect home! Also, in the spring of 2011, the owner completed and extension to the home. Now there is an additonal room with a private full bathroom, flat screen TV, and XBOX 360! now, even better!

It's very rare that the actual product is better than the pictures but in the case of this property, it was. When we rented the house on Saddle Road, we were amazed. The place was clean, comfortable and fit 5 couples perfectly. We enjoyed utilizing the beautiful kitchen and spacious hot tub. The living room was roomy, comfortable and has a great view of the tram. If there had actually been snow, we could have just walked across the street with our boards and enjoyed the mountain. Also, the proximity to town was super convenient. The office personnel were very friendly and the bottle of wine was a classy touch. We all agreed that we would rent this place again. Next time we'll wait to make sure there is snow though.

We were very impressed with this property located just across the street from the lifts on the California side of Heavenly. The kitchen, hot tub and rooms were outstanding but the knives were a bit dull. The place was very spacious and had plenty of room for storage especially in the nice two SUV garage. We would definitely recommend this place for a group of 8-10.

Very nice place, perfect location, clean and well equipped. Easy transactions with Lake Tahoe Accommodations. They helped us with all our questions/requests.
