This was a very nice place for a ski weekend with friends. The decor may not be modern luxury, but its a clean, large cabin, and great for a big group. The loft works well for a big group of singles; it might not be great for several couples, as there are only two private rooms. The porch is nice with the gas BBQ, great for dinner after a day on the mountain. Also, the kitchen is fully stocked for anything you want to make.
Biggest plus is that it is less than a mile from the Heavenly CA base lodge. One warning is that it is quite hilly on these streets, so if there is a ton of snow you probably needs chains to make it to the drive way, if not 4x4. Customer service from this company is great like always, second time staying with them now.

The location of the house was great. It was in a nice neighborhood and very close to Heavenly Village. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The space was great for 5 adults and 2 children. The house was a bit outdated though, we felt like we stepped into the late '70s early '80s era, but that really didn't matter. The only issue we had was the wireless internet wasn't working. We had contacted Lake Tahoe Accommodations and they contacted the owner, who called us about how to use the internet. It still didn't work, but we were very appreciative with Lake Tahoe Accommodation and the owners help.
Thanks to Lake Tahoe Accommodation for your excellent customer service. It is hard to find good service these days and you showed you really cared about your customers!
Managers Response: We're happy to help. This property is not advertised with wireless internet. You might have been getting a signal from the neighbors :) Lake Tahoe Accommodations |

Overall, it was a good experience. It was nicely decorated, had a collection of movies, books, and games, which we didn't really use, and a great view in the back of a few trees and untouched snow. The only thing was that the beds were a bit worn.

We stayed there the first weekend in May and it was a great experience. We had a blast, and there were no hassles checking in or out!

I was just there for Memorial Day Weekend. Do not be deceived by the pictures, they do no justice to this property. This place is gorgeous, peaceful and they have everything you will need for winter or summer. The neighbors are very friendly, but make sure that you take everything out of your car because of bears and do not leave garbage outside!

9 people in my group comfortably stayed there. It is a basic ski lodge with no frills, but for the price we were happy. It served its purpose and met our basic needs. We saw a bear in the backyard. The hot tub and sauna were interesting, but were nice after of couple days of skiing/boarding. If you are on a tight budget, its perfect, otherwise get something nicer.

This is a nice house for a group because it has single beds upstairs, plenty of space, and pretty close to Heavenly ski lift. It was also great to have wireless internet available. We made a fire and cooked up a nice meal. It sure beats hotel life! I think that this is not a 5 Star accommodation, but it is certainly fine for a group of international students. Overall, I would give our stay a 7 out of 10. The house itself is not perfect, but for a clean rental, we enjoyed it! I will say that the Property management was fair. There was a large hole in the wall that we discovered when we arrived, and the property management did not attempt to charge us for it, so they are fair. Overall, I would recommend this for a group of college students or family, but not if you are used to the top of the line facility. It is a 3-star out of 5-star place, but it is also a good price.

Great house, perfect for two sets of families, largest loft area I've seen, sound insulation is great. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet. It was spacious, light and homey.
