This wonderful chalet has high speed internet and is only 2 blocks from Heavenly Ski Resort! You can sleep 10 people and bring your pet with an additional $200 deposit! Beaches and casinos are only 1 mile away 3 night stay is required in the winter. Please note: There are about 30 steps to the front door from the street level and garage.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We were in South Lake Tahoe for 5 days for my our daughter's wedding. The only complaint we have about the house is that it was not disclosed that there are a bunch of stairs from the street/garage up to the house. We rented the house with my parents who are in their 70's so it was not very convenient getting up and down the stairs. The website should be changed to include a picture of the stairs as well as a description. Other than that the house was comfortable & cozy. We loved the porch, the view, the king size beds, and the decor made us feel like we were in a lodge. We counted over 50 bears inside the home (not including the bedding). Too cute!

This house was really great! It was everything I was expecting from the description and photos. It has a great view, plenty of room for our group of 10, and the hot tub was perfect after snowboarding all day. The staff was helpful and easy to contact. I've never been to Tahoe before, and this house really added a lot to our trip. I'd definitely recommend this house to friends. The only small notes I'd add are: The driveway is very short. We had a big group and 4 cars, so it was a tight fit with 2 in the garage and 2 in the drive. Also, the 10 person count is for 2 people each in 5 beds - or at least that is what we did. It wasn't an issue for us, but I couldn't tell, initially, from the description. Again, great house and overall experience!

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was great and cabin was perfect. We were three couples and a 4 and 10 year old. My only tip is to bring your own tupperware and ziploc bags to store food. This may be obvious, but this was our first time renting a cabin and we had to buy a lot of things that we could have just brought from home. The place comes stocked with some leftover spices, but I would just assume to bring your own. I was very happy with the service and will more than likely rent this cabin again!

House was in a great location with a pretty view. House was supplied with everything you need. Would have been nice to have outside table and chairs and lounges. I think it should be better mentioned somewhere that there are 28 stairs from the street level to house. It is not well displayed in virtual tour and not mentioned in home description. It could be real difficult for an elderly or disabled person.

What a great place to spend Spring Break 2011. It was just as we had anticipated. The sledding hill turned out to be a blast for us all. This was the first real snow my children had seen and boy did we get some. House has a great view and was well appointed with all the necessities. Hot tub was hot and was used regularly after a day of skiing. The folks at LT Accommodations were fantastic and super helpful with all kinds of needed info from where to eat to directions. This was one of the best vacations we have had (and we vacation a lot). We will be back!

Our stay was so wonderful and the accommodations were great. The rental property meet all of our needs and was just as described. We were very pleased and comfortable in the home. We will use Lake Tahoe Accommodations on our next stay in Tahoe.

This property was exceptional. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need and more. There were plenty of linens to accomodate our wet days skiing. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood only 5 minutes away from Heavenly. We will definitely be back again next year.

A good house for 3 couples but not for any more than that. It's an easy walk to Heavenly...the walk back would be brutal all steep up hill. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Highly recommended.

This was a great place to stay. First when we first arrived at Lake Tahoe Accommodations the people were very friendly and very helpful. Throughout our entire stay they were very receptive when we had trouble with opening the garage doors and when the hot tub was not hot. We stayed here for about 4 days and had a really really fun time. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances so we cooked every night, there was even spices that we could use. There was laundry detergent and soap, so we didn't need all those little supplies you might not have to buy or pack. I would definitely recommend this place again, the only thing was they couldn't get the hot tub to get any hotter which was one of the things we had picked this place for. I think it was hot two of the four nights we were there.

I am a person who does not like booking something sight unseen but this place was way above our expectations. The layout of the place was nice, the area was great and we even had our own sledding slope out the door. It was great! Our kids loved it. We will definitely be back!

This is a gem of a place. Location, location, location. My kids loved it and parents did to. Close to Heavenly Tram and yet you still felt like you were away from the the downtown. The cabin itself was very cozy and you felt at home. I will be back again!

Wonderful house for vacation in snow. Close to everything. Well kept. Everything you need. Big jacuzzi. Sledding hills on side of house. 2 car garage. Close to skiing. Fun for kids!

We fully enjoyed our stay at this comfy rental. It has a very home-like atmosphere and is situated in a perfect location; It's right next to Heavenly and only a few minutes away from shopping and Casinos. Our favorite aspect was the amazing mountain views from the rental's large deck. For those who want to sleep in, be aware that the two loft bedrooms are flooded with early morning sunlight from the huge floor-to-ceiling window. It has a shade, but the very top is not covered by it. We highly recommend this rental and want to thank the owners and everyone that made our stay so wonderful!
