Very tastefully decorated this charming two story home is oh so cozy with very comfortable leather furniture, a newly remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and everything you might need to cook a gourmet meal, lovely dining table that seats six, gas BBQ on the deck and even has a computer and wireless internet! The home is located within walking distance to the private pristine beaches of Incline Village and the Hyatt Casino and just a 5 minute drive to either one of our championship golf courses or Diamond Peak Ski Resort…where kids who are 6 or under ski for free!

This was a lovely home for our family vacation. It was nicely furnished, well cared for, and very well equipped with all of the things we needed. The pool facility was very nice and well supervised. We also enjoyed having access to the private beach and pool. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit.
This was one of two large units that we rented in the same complex for a family event. The unit configuration and bed selection allowed our group to have privacy and space, the common areas were large enough when the group was together. Beds were comfortable and the family room on the ground level as well as a living room/dining room on the second level was a plus. The unit was clean and the management company addressed maintenance issues when they were brought to their attention. This unit is across from the recreation center and pool. We were there in June and this was not a problem. A car is helpful to enjoy all of Lake Tahoe and for those who are not used to exertion at altitude. Information in the unit on what is considered recyclable would be helpful so that you don"t have to resort your trash at the bins.

A fine, comfortable and beautifully equipped condo. We could not possibly have asked for more. The community was quiet and pleasant (the clubhouse a real favorite with our teenage sons) and a very short drive or a short walk to the beaches which were equally lovely. LTA staff were incredibly organized and helpful even when our son managed to lock himself out of one of the bedrooms! The best bit of our Californian holiday - we'll definitely be back.
