Lake Tahoe Accommodations is a family-owned vacation rental management company headquartered in South Lake Tahoe, California. Established in 1979, with roughly 100 managed properties, 20 dedicated employees, and 4 offices around the lake. We are currently hiring for the Property Manager position. 

Property Manager

Base salary of $50,000 per year, plus a performance based commission. Benefits include:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the guest check-in and check-out processes at the vacation properties.
• Monitor and respond to guest communications via phone/text during normal business hours.
• Follow-up on guest service requirements during normal business hours.
• Secure vacation properties after guest check-out.
• Housecleaning duties.
• Handyman duties - performing light maintenance functions.
• Outsource housecleaning & maintenance duties as needed due to time/duty constraints.
• Work with homeowners, respond to issues/needs as necessary.
• Replace worn or missing furnishings as needed, communicating with homeowners as necessary.
• Work with other employees, guests, and homeowners on a personal level to resolve problems and complaints.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Current Lake Tahoe resident.
  
• A valid driver's license, and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement will apply.
• Possess housecleaning and light maintenance skills. 
  
• Ability to learn our property management software, CRM application, and ancillary technology.
• Availability to work a varied schedule, including after-hours, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Able to prioritize, work efficiently, and multitask effectively.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with homeowners and guests.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Possess initiative with a positive attitude and a team spirit.
