This large lakefront home with a luxurious hot tub offers ample space for families and larger groups. Offering convenient downstairs living, this home in Al Tahoe is situated on a bluff, offering a breathtaking view of Lake Tahoe and its crystal clear waters. Even an ordinary BBQ will be extra special here thanks to the large backyard, outdoor dining area, comfortable outdoor seating, and spectacular Tahoe sunsets. When night falls, take a soak in the outdoor hot tub while you do a little star gazing. Although this lakefront home is fairly new, it was designed with "Old Tahoe" in mind. The vaulted ceilings, sizeable rock fireplace, and cedar siding in the living room give this home a lot of old world charm. The open kitchen is quite large, and includes a center island grill to make preparing meals for family and friends convenient. The dining area has table seating for eight, and four more can dine in style at the tile kitchen bar. Five bedrooms allow everyone in your group or family to enjoy spacious sleeping quarters. Plus you will have a tankless water heater for unlimited hot water, making sure you never run out of hot water when all of your guests need to get ready. On the ground level, you'll find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, as well as the living and dining areas. Head upstairs to access the final two bedrooms and an additional bath. Large picture windows offer a stunning view of Lake Tahoe, and wireless Internet is included as a thoughtful extra. If you happen to decide to get out of this fabulous house for a few hours, you'll be pleased to know that numerous casinos and Heavenly ski resort are just 10 to 15 minutes away. Because the owners are animal lovers, they have agreed to allow all guests to bring along a single dog. A $300.00 deposit is required. The owners ask that all guests clean up after their dog, and also request that the dog not be left unattended. Book this expansive and exquisite lakefront property today! VRP# 001270

We are a group of sixty-something easterners and have been renting properties in South Lake Tahoe for over 20 years through Tahoe Accommodations. We have been pleased w/ the places to which we have been directed. The current house overlooking the Lake is outstanding. It is large enough for our group of seven guys and has a well-equipped kitchen for us to cook all our meals, because we have some talented cooks and would rather cook in than eat out in the local restaurants. The location is close to downtown, and the views across the Lake are excellent. It is pricey, but sleeps the seven of us easily, so we recommend it to others.

The property was right on the lake and morning coffee in the hot tub watching the sun light up the lake was incredible. The house is very comfortable and set up for kids as well as adults. Nothing fancy, just a good space for lots of family and friends. Your own dock is fun to have in the summer.

The house was a fantastic place to stay, right on the lake. Watching the sun rise over the lake while enjoying a cup of coffee while sitting on the dock was unforgettable. The furnishings and atmosphere was comfortable, not luxurious, so great for families with children.

House overall was very nice. We stayed in early Aug for one week. We had two families in our group with a total of 5 children (2-8 years old). The house was well equipped including a very full kitchen. House could easily have fit another family. We enjoyed the lake view, the hot tub and what was key to us, the beach front access. Beach was only 3-4 feet of sand but was fine for the kids. Only negatives is the house is on a busier street but not an issue if you spend the time on the lake :) and the street seems to be going under some renovation. Also we had a racoon under the house one night that kept us up, but hard to blame the house for that.

Great house...... We've stayed here 3 different years and it works great for our group of 10. Beautiful view from the house and back yard and probably best stocked kitchen, may even beat your own. There is everything one might need in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable and home has the cozy feel. You would enjoy.

This place was great. Amazing views and right on the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub right on the lake and the lawn out back was quite relaxing. Only about a $10 taxi to the Casinos. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lakefront house. Very spacious. Just an FYI, the water level at the dock was only about a foot deep.
A+
Managers Response: We've had a great winter snowpack this year, and the run off should bring the lake level up quite a bit. Please call our office for an update on water depth at the dock if you have a boat. We're happy to help. Lennette Perry, Operations Manager |

We rented the home for Kathy's birthday. Made it a family and friends reunion, and the house was perfect. Large kitchen and dining area, wonderful family room, and ample bedrooms. We especially enjoyed the views and proximity to the Casino's. We also took advantage of the sauna and jacuzzi in the master bath. That is a terrific master bath. The hot-tub is a nice amenity as well. It's located in the very scenic backyard. All told, the house is perfect for 10-12. The only negative we noticed was parking. We were able to park six vehicles, however, it does require planning.Having a beautiful home on the Lake to share with family and friends is the thing that dreams are made of, and staying here will give you the opportunity to create many fond memories.

House is wonderful, large and great place for family and friends. Only thing that is needed is a buoy - very important in the low lake summer. There was no where to tie the boat and jet ski. Had to rig something up. Other than that - no complaints!

We loved the house and the nice big kitchen. The beach was very private and we enjoyed the spa and nice back yard. The only problem was the dishwasher did not clean the dishes properly. It was equipped with everything we needed. Very nice.
Managers Response: Thanks for letting us know. The owner has installed a new dishwasher since your departure. We look forward to seeing you next summer. Lennette Perry, Operations Manager |

Such a beautiful home with an incredible backyard that overlooks the lake. My guest and I spent most of our stay relaxing and grilling in the backyard. The accommodations here were great!

The best part of the whole place was the kitchen as it was nice and big. Plenty of room for us all to move around in. Awesome kitchen. The overall rest of the house needs some updates in furniture both inside and out. I would recommend this property to people who aren't planning on making the highlight of visiting Tahoe by staying in. The house was clean but needs updating. Customer service was excellent, Mavis was really wonderful and nice! Thank you Mavis!

This property was absolutely amazing! Location was perfect, the morning views of the lake basin were inspiring from the boat dock. This house has plenty of room for all your friends, the hot tub is a tranquil bonus. There are a few places to grab food within walking distance & it is only a 5 minute drive to the main lodge at Heavenly. No problems getting cabs to this locale as it is very "close in" (not far from Casinos, restaurants, and shopping). This kitchen was big enough to cater a small wedding! Book this property for your larger gatherings of friends and everyone will be stoked!

This home is great for large groups. The house was clean and very well supplied in all respects. The kitchen has anything and everything a gourmet cook would want or need. Much time is spent in the kitchen/diining room area with the big table, bar stools and counters, a great gathering spot. I would higly recommend the property. It sits above the lake and has a great view. It is conveniently located to the casino sector, ski areas, and good restaurants. We very much enjoyed ourselves in this home.
