The house was clean. It was fully stocked with dishes and utensils and was easy to find with pre made directions from the rental agency. The real nice thing though was the customer service of the people that work there. They answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) and were even able to help an unforeseen change at the last minute. They really went out of their way to take care of the customer. That was what made it so nice.

The cabin and location is awesome! It's central to all stores, restaurant and ski resort. I love the spacious cabin , it's clean and it has enough beds for all our family members. Great customer service. We will be back for sure for more fun weekends!

This house is on a quiet street. It's right next to an apartment building but I think the building is empty. The area isn't the greatest but we didn't feel unsafe or anything. It's just an older neighborhood. We didn't hear any noise from anywhere. It's definitely an older home but it was clean. The only thing we had trouble with was the screen door on the slider, which they came out to fix and it still didn't work right. But everything else was fine.
There were plenty of beds and we especially liked the room upstairs with all the single beds for the young adults. The other room upstairs had a queen bed, a single bed, and a couch. There is one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs where there is a room with a queen bed, and another room with a king bed. The kitchen opens into the living room which is nice and there is a table in the corner of the living room which we thought was odd, but we put all the snack food on it so people sat there when they wanted to munch. Behind the kitchen there is a pool room with a regular dining table in it. And the backyard is off of this. There are two tables with chairs outside and it's a big yard. If this were my house I would get rid of all of those videos or at least put them in a closet. You can see from the pictures that they are right above the kitchen counter and I think that looks junky. But that's really the worst I could say about this house.
We would rent it again if we had a big group like we did this time. Customer service was great and the bottle of Merlot we got upon check in was actually very good.

This place was great! It had plenty of beds for all of us to sleep on... No one slept on the floor! Had a great time in this house. Very close to groceries, casinos, Starbucks, ski resorts. I would definitely consider renting this place again!

We rented this house with 3 other families, all with young children during the height of ski season. It was in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, close to all amenities. The property description is very accurate: the beds come in all shapes and sizes, it was clean and well maintained, and there is an enormous array of videos in their library to choose from. While not luxurious, the furnishings were in excellent shape with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our crowd. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the back yard full of snow to romp in. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The only downside was the dining room was too small to fit even half of our group at one time, so we had to eat in shifts (given that the kids were often hungry before the adults, in the end it worked out fine). If you are looking for a comfortable house in the middle of Tahoe, this is a good one to consider.

I really enjoyed having my family reunion at Lake Tahoe. The house was comfortable and easy to get to. My family had a wonderful time. I will definitely rent from Lake Tahoe Accommodations again.
