This was a great place to stay. The Lake Tahoe Accommodations folks were very accommodating. The house was well-equipped, clean, and was a great space for the economy price. The location was terrific, as we really wanted to stay in town, but it was also very nice having the back deck open to a greenbelt. A+ both for the house and the organization renting it.

The house was very nice. It looked just like the ad pictures and was a clean house. I would recommend the house to other visitors in Tahoe. It was an easy access from the main street in Tahoe and was close to both stores and restaurants. We also were close to the beaches of Lake Tahoe for the kids to play in the water. The location of the home was in a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed hikes through the woods behind the property. We liked the roomy bedrooms, the barbecue and the big porch that wrapped around half of the house. The kitchen appliances were somewhat dated, but everything worked fine. We were not able to figure out the VCR, but were able to watch T.V. and actually enjoyed playing games with the kids instead of being glued to the T.V. set. Making the arrangements was easy and the office to pick up the keys was easy to find. They complimentary wine was also nice. The office staff were very friendly and helpful.

This cabin is very nice for an economy cabin. There are 7 beds, including the sofa bed--all double or queen in size, so the cabin has a lot of sleeping space, plus the living room feels quite large with the high ceilings. The kitchen is in one corner of the living room, and there is a picnic table for eating, a comfy couch and chair for lounging, plus a fireplace for keeping warm and a TV for entertainment. The cabin was clean and in good condition when we arrived. The location of this cabin was also wonderful--just 5 minutes from the rental office and 10 minutes from the Heavenly Gondola! The only downside for the space was that the kitchen was small and there was not a dishwasher. But cooking was easy as all the dishes we needed were available, it was just a bit tough having more than 2 people in the kitchen trying to work. This was a very nice cabin for a very reasonable price and I would certainly recommend it to a large group on a budget. :)

We had a wonderful experience, the cabin was perfect and we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The staff at Lake Tahoe Accommodations was more than helpful. We were up for our son's outside wedding and reception on a rainy weekend in June. Luckily my son and his bride were able to find a new venue for the reception. I called the rental office to ask where a printing shop was so we could print out directions to give everyone at the wedding. They just told us to come to the office and they typed and printed all the directions for us. Everyone made it to the new reception location. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

We used the house for a weekend. It was not luxurious but we didn't expect that since it was an economy rental. It was clean, comfortable for our group of 8 and fairly close to the main road. I would recommend it.
