The property was lovely, beautifully maintained. The stairs to the additional bedrooms were very steep and would not suit a less mobile couple.

Perfect location-nearby to shopping center,downtown/casino and walking distance to the beach. Nearby to other attractions such as skiing,hiking depending on the time of year visiting South Lake Tahoe. Fully equipped house with all amenities and well maintained. Good for eight people/children included. Looking forward for another visit and staying at this same location. Very quite neighborhood and all family members liked our 2nd stay here .Good customer service and highly recommended.

The house was very nice and spacious. The living room area was cozy with comfortable couches, a fireplace and a big flat screen TV. It was overall a very clean rental. The only complaint I had was that the beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. This is a vacation rental and when you are on vacation you want to sleep on a nice mattress with cozy linens. They definitely need to upgrade their bedding in the home. It was a short drive to the casinos and beaches which was very convenient and the neighborhood was quiet and charming. The backyard had a BBQ, but it was not gas burning as shown on the rentals website. It was a charcoal BBQ; false advertising there.

06/2011 Owners have provided new foam mattress toppers for all beds. Everyone seems really happy! Also, the charcoal BBQ has been replaced with a gas one. The owner has provided and extra propane tank for guests convenience. We hope to see you back soon.

Loved it, Great house for a family get away. Very up to date and clean. Looked small from the outside but very nice size rooms. Fireplace was great!

For what seemed to be a small house, we were very happily surprised at all the modern help. Remote light switches, fans, and especially AIR CONDITIONING which did come in handy a few times. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Our 2 teenage granddaughters immediately claimed the upstairs for themselves, loved having their own bathroom! Having 2 living rooms was really nice, Bob and I relaxed, the girls relaxed All in all, this house was just the right size for the 4 of us. Your crew really keeps this place nice and clean, we appreciated that. The gals in your office were super helpful when I called with questions. Please use our name for reference any time. We're very, very happy with the way this trip turned out.

This house was well maintained and centrally located. Easy walking distance to the Lake and to a nearby play area for the little ones. Plenty of room in the family and living area. The stairs were a little steep, but manageable. We had six adults, one 3-year old, a 1-year old and a six month old and were very comfortable. The area is very quiet and we took a lot of strolls with the little ones and they simply enjoyed the birds and squirrels. I would recommend this rental home.
