Stay on the lake when you choose this property located in a great complex! This is one of only six properties that share the pier and nearby private beach, so you'll truly have your own little piece of the lake when you stay here. Enjoy the breathtaking sight of Lake Tahoe from your deck or living room. This vacation property is just the right size for two couples. Enjoy skiing at the Heavenly Valley ski resort or gaming at the casino, both just minutes away. Pack a lunch to enjoy in the complex's picnic area or grill steaks on the complex's barbeques while you admire the outstanding view of the nearby lake! VRP# 001267

Had a really great time spending 5 days at this cabin by the shore. For most of the week only 2 of the 6 units were occupied so we had the grounds, and jetty to ourselves. It's 6 units are quite close to each other and all seem to be independently managed and so there is no control over the other occupants who we found to be very noisy. That said, the disturbances did little to spoil what was a well keep property in an envious location at the center of South Lake Tahoe. I would recommended this location.

This place is in a great location. We stayed 4th of July week and it was perfect for watching fireworks - everyone else in town comes to Lakeview to see the show. We also walked almost everywhere we needed to go: Sprouts restaurant, the local pool, even Safeway is walking distance. However, if you have small kids, be aware that the two bedrooms are downstairs on the main floor and the living room, dining room and kitchen are upstairs. We didn't know this and so had to figure out a way to block off the stairs so our kids didn't try to go down them all the time. :)

Property description was accurate. It was very clean, the decor was delightful, the bed was very comfortable, the view was awesome, and we would recommend it to others. It is centrally located to all activities, easy to get to in a good area of Lake Tahoe. Customer service was excellent. The only drawbacks are that a full-size SUV does not fit in the carport so if the visitor spaces are full, there is no place to park and if you don't have dial-up service for your laptop, you can't use your computer.

The office staff was wonderful. The house was great...except I was told there were a few steps to the upstairs level, there were about 12...very hard for people that have walking problems, bad knees etc. impossible for wheelchairs. The neighbors were very close. We had a beautiful view if you walk down the path to the lake.

The accommodations were great and so was the location. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed our stay even though we had snow. It just made the vacation more exciting.

This place was amazing! I went there for New Years with my boyfriend and another couple, and we were all very, very impressed. The house was perfectly situated right in front of the Lake. It was well maintained, beautiful, and had that cozy cabin feel. There was an awesome fireplace, great comfy cushion couches, and a balcony that has the view of the water. The rooms were nicely sized, and the beds were not too shabby. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, everything you need for the perfect get-a-way. The location was awesome too, 5 minutes away from literally everything, the shops, the strip, the mountain, all of it! I would highly recommend this house, and would stay in it again if given the opportunity!

Nicely furnished and all the comforts of home. Very quiet on the site and in the neighborhood- we were not awakened by traffic or loud neighbors for the entire trip. No, it is not directly on the lake (it is the third unit back), but the staggered construction of the units gives you an unobstructed view from the living room and the upper deck directly to the lake. The fireplace is a nice touch, as is the large stock of "family friendly" movies for the VCR/DVD. We planned on going out to the casinos in the evening, but afterthe first night we ended up just spending the evenings at the place because it was so relaxing. Very easy to carry kayaks down the stairs to launch at the dock. Try watching a few sunsets from the dock with a glass of wine, and you will definitely forget your worries. The street is part of a local bike route that extends to the west, very convenient. Well worth the price, especially in the off season.

My husband and I and our two friends from England had a wonderful stay in South Lake Tahoe. We loved the condo unit and only regret that we couldn't stay longer to enjoy it more. (Our stay was two nights.) If we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay at this unit again. Thanks so much!

We had a lovely stay in Lake Tahoe. The homes are very close together but we were lucky to be there when we were the only ones. The only real problem we had is that I am in a wheel chair and can walk around the house but there were about 13 steps up to the top floor where the living room was. I went up once a day...not easy. My sisters are older and also had a hard time. I will make sure from now on that we are in a one floor home. Very nice lady in the office, Thank You,Mavis.

I must say that this was one of the rare times that the actual property was much better than the photos. We were 4 adults and 5 little kids and we were very comfortable. Our stay here ranks as one of our best vacations. The snow was pristine and the back of the property facing the lake was so huge, the kids practically had their own snow park. One of the little noticed advantage as well is that Safeway is just a 5 minute drive away so no need to worry about forgetting those little or even those big things. I would highly recommend this property for families who want a quality Tahoe vacation.

We had an excellent time. Highly recommended! The house is beautiful and clean. It is very close to the beach and town, and has a nice relaxing deck. We found the office staff friendly and helpful. Thank you Lake Tahoe Accommodations!

I would highly recommend this property. Well located, right on the beautiful lake, close to restaurants and the grocery store. Older, but very well maintained with very comfortable and spacious living room/dining area. Skiing at Heavenly is extremely close and Kirkwood was about 45 minutes south. Office staff was efficient and found a corkscrew for our wine (missing from the unit, but we did have to drive to the office to get it). We would definitely stay in this unit in the future.

Some friends and I chose this location for our first ever visit to Lake Tahoe (all 4 of us). It was Memorial Day weekend and we had hoped for really nice weather. We didn't get it. What we did get, however, was a wonderful weekend in a *cabin*. The weather was so bad, we were forced to relax and we did. Building fires, having wine, walking out to the water's edge (bundled up, of course), making snacks, making meals, listening to music, playing games, watching movies, just chatting, napping, everything you can do to take your mind off of a work week. I would heartily recommend staying at this very location in South Lake Tahoe, the place was extremely clean, very spacious, laid out nicely, and VERY quiet (which is what we all needed). It was also very close to Stateline, NV, so we were close to anything we needed and just about any type of entertainment (had we decided to do anything outdoors, hehe). The property managers were also very helpful, open 24 hours a day and answered all of our questions. Do yourself a favour and book yourself a weekend here!
