Property was very clean. Customer service was excellent. I had an issue with the cable tv service. Someone was at the house within an hour. There was a cable missing. He had one in his vehicle. I would suggest that additional furniture be added to the living room. Perhaps a love seat or an easy chair. The kitchen was very well equipped.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was clean and well-appointed. Sheets and towels were high quality and very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the location of the house for our ski vacation, which was convenient to both Kirkwood and Heavenly. And I really appreciated the flexible customer service, which allowed us to leave the keys in the house vs. driving all the way into town to drop them off. No complaints. Thanks!

What a wonderful stay! from check-in (thanks, Courtney!), to responsive texts back during our stay, to check-out... thoroughly impressed with Lake Tahoe Accommodations customer service. the property itself was very clean & well-maintained. 10 minutes from everything in South Lake but far enough to enjoy peace & quiet. great, well-maintained modern house equipped w a hot tub, wifi, a great kitchen, a solid bed, & a driveway to park in – what more could you want? Looking forward to staying here again!

We LOVED staying at this property. Beautiful and quiet location, but still within a short 15 minuet drive to state-line! I stayed here with my group of girlfriends for my bachelorette weekend and the house was more than spacious for all of us. Not to mention at check-in they provide you with a gift and are very communicative throughout the whole booking process and stay. I will definitely be using Lake Tahoe Accommodations for all my future Tahoe weekend getaway needs :)

We had a wonderful experience check in to check out with this property and the management team that supports the listing. The house had a generously stocked kitchen (cooking tools, dishes, towels, etc) which made our stay with our family of five hassle free. The hot tub blew a fuse when we were there and the management team resolved the same day - we didn’t miss out a bit. A beautiful deck and grill off the kitchen was a major hang out area. We would have used a couple of chairs on the top deck - but that’s a small thing. Nice neighborhood that offers a peaceful retreat from the South Tahoe traffic. Close to trails and Echo Lake was only a quick 15 minute drive to the trailhead. Loved our time at the house and definitely recommend this property for families.

I stayed here for my bachelorette party with 9 other girls and it was a great stay! Quiet neighborhood with a nearby trail we used for an early morning trail run. Close to the lake and so many amenities. Even with the amount of people we had, it was still roomy enough for a 3 day weekend. Check in/out was off-site but nearby and very fast and easy with a friendly crew.

Easy check in and check out. Everything is as expected when you book your trip. Just FYI there is no ac in the house. Not sure if we didn’t know how to work it but it does get warm upstairs. Other than that, I have no complaints.

We stayed at this cabin the second year in a row. It's spacious and nice inside. The property was kept clean and ready to stay in. Plenty of entertainment for adults like TV, pool table, jacuzzi, and poker! Also, a bunch of board games if you bring kids/teens with you. Lake Tahoe Accommodations showed outstanding customer service, one of our guests forgot personal valuables at the cabin after the checkout, within an hour we got our things back. 5 stars for the cabin and 5 stars for customer service!

Very nice place! Comfortable slept all 9 of us. Good size backyard with a deck off the kitchen was perfect for morning coffee. Although it's a 20 minute drive to Baldwin Beach, it is worth it! We will rent again.

Was just perfectly located, clean and comfy, beds were plentiful and comfortable. Hot tub, billiards, grill, etc etc etc everything we could all for! Definitely coming here again!

Lake Tahoe Accommodations is a great rental company. My family had a blast at the home we stayed in. We arrived at the beginning of the week Monday and left until Saturday. We arrived early Monday and I would have loved to have the option to check in early but we couldn't check in until 4:00 which is the regular check in time with this company. They received us with a nice bag that included wine and other goodies, the office staff was very friendly and the house was very clean and neat when we arrived. Everything was just like the website had described. It really did meet our expectations! This home was so much fun to stay in and it accommodated my family really well. We had a clogged shower the first day but I called the company and let them know and they took care it right away. They were really prompt and very helpful. I really like how the office was open 24/7! This gave us an opportunity to check out as early as we wished. We live a bit far so leaving early on check out day was our only option. Thank you Lake Tahoe Accommodations for really owning up your name and accommodating us in a very lovely home!

Great house that has an opening feeling with our 4 adults and 3 kids.. This was a nice, clean, house. The furniture was pretty cool and gave the feeling we were in the woods. One thing to note - there was no AC in the unit, but that wasn't an issue since it was quite cool at night (the only time we were really there). Great place for the price (and not too far of a drive to the casinos). The staff at check-in were really nice and welcoming. You won't be disappointed!

Upon arrival of the cabin, it was everything we expected and more. The house in general as well as the rooms and restrooms were all clean. Very nicely decorated with a "bear" theme. We brought a few pots and pans with us, but realized we didn't need any of them. The house is stocked with all of the utensils you would need to set up a meal for a family. It has pots, pans, all utensils for eating, a cupboard full of spices and seasoning for cooking. The washer and dryer worked perfect. We rarely left the house and still had a great time. The porch on the second level was pretty awesome as well. We bbq'ed outside for two days. The only thing I found that needs fixing would probably be the BBQ grill. At first, I thought it was my user error, but realized that the gas grill doesn't grill evenly (probably needs fixing). When the grill is turned on, the rear shoots out flames really high, and the front barely as any fire at all. This made it a little hard to grill our meats evenly. Aside from that, everything else in the house was awesome. A few of my favorite things to do in the house was hang out in the jacuzzi (felt awesome), and shooting pool at the pool table located on the first level of the house. The house itself in the picture looks huge, but the inside wasn't as big as I thought it would be. The upstairs living room and kitchen is very spacious, but other than that, the downstairs literally only has space for the pool table, and the 2 rooms + 1 restroom. Overall, this would be one of the better places to stay at in South Lake Tahoe and would highly recommend it to first time visitors if going with 6-10 people.

Our family was quite comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. The house wasn't real fancy, but it was nice, comfortable and clean. There was ice in the driveway and on the sidewalk. My husband fell, and he was being careful! It was a good location, but we had problems finding it because the road intersected with hwy 50 in two different places. I liked the upstairs bedroom. It was quiet even when it was noisy downstairs. This was definitely a good place to stay.

Wonderful house in quiet parts of Tahoe. Short driving distance from Heavenly Gondola and Casinos. We went to stay there with my 13 mo old and in-laws for a week. The stay was wonderful. the kitchen is really well equipped and very clean. Granite tops, blender, toaster, double ovens and a wonderful gas top stove. The best thing about this home is the deck on second floor. We enjoyed it day and night. The hot tub is in a congested area downstairs under the deck and stair going to deck and we ended up not using it at all, but didn't miss it either. The Master bathroom has a jetted tub and was useful for relaxing at the end of tiring days. It was unseasonably warm when we went there (in July)-- the only drawback is that homes in Tahoe do not have AC and humidifiers and the upper floor heats up fast. Also, it was very very dry and all of us have severe nose bleeds. There is a fan in the master bedroom but it was a little dusty so we had to clean it before using it. Overall experience was great though and I am sure this home would be perfect on cooler days or during the skiing season. Please do carry your own mini humidifiers though. Installing a central humidification system (costs about $ 300 or so) might help maintain this home in a better shape. Some of the bamboo furniture shows cracks due to dry weather. I would also recommend more linen upstairs. I would give it 4 stars out of 5...

Installing a central humidification system (costs about $ 300 or so) might help maintain this home in a better shape. Some of the bamboo furniture shows cracks due to dry weather. I would also recommend more linen upstairs. I would give it 4 stars out of 5...

Me being a neat freak, all of us agreed that the house was beautiful, comfortable, spacious inside/outside and very clean. The kitchen was complete, having everything from chopsticks to place mats and most importantly it was spotless. We all felt so "at home". We would love to come back again and again. No need to bring your own linens and towels as we did, fearing being provided with dingy, old & smelly ones, like at other rentals. Everything was so fresh and new here.

The property was lovely, good size rooms throughout and a nice kitchen area to cook in. The hot tub was nice and private and it was very quiet at night. Only 5 minutes to the ski lifts and lake. Well worth a visit.

This house was beautiful & was by far the best experience I've had in Lake Tahoe. I would recommend it to anyone. Not to mention that the staff at Lake Tahoe Accommodations was extremely helpful, they provided extensive customer service. I can not wait to go back!

We chose this house because of it's photos on the site. And it was just as beautiful in person. We loved the enclosed back yard where we did a lot of snow playing. We're from Hawaii, so our main focus was playing in the snow, that's why we got a beautiful large house with an enclosed yard. There were only six of us, but the breakdown between the two families was minimal. I would definitly recommend this home, sadly, I would want to keep it our secret for future visits, but it is a great home. I also liked that this home was near shopping centers. We bought a bunch of groceries and made breakfast and dinner most nights we stayed there. That saved us lots of money. I've been to Tahoe twice, once I stayed in this home, and another time in a smaller, not so grand home which of course was more inexpensive. I would pay the money to stay somewhere like this. You're on vacation so you want to be comfortable where you sleep, and this place was the greatest. We couldn't stop talking about this house for a long time after we returned. In fact, we had a photo of our family fronting this house on our Christmas card last year. It was beautiful and worth it, Lake Tahoe Accommodations was so easy to work with and they were so nice. I would definitly use their services again. Thank you Lake Tahoe Accommodations for helping my family have a wonderful vacation!

I've used this cabin twice - my friends and I do an annual Tahoe snowboard/ski trip and we always rent out a cabin for a few days. The first time we used this cabin was during Winter '05. It's very spacious, the kitchen facilities are excellent, and is decorated well. I was so impressed with it that I rented it again in February '08. Unfortunately, the pool table was broken and unusable this time around. It was actually one of the reasons that we chose this cabin again, so that was a disappointment. Overall, would I rent again? Yes!
