This cabin was wonderful! The pictures on the web site don't do it justice. We cooked three meals a day in its fully functional kitchen and enjoyed close proximity of the Tahoe nightlife. Snow was scarce so a lot of time was spent in the hot tube and playing Yahtzee (games provided in the cabin) by the fireplace. Thank you L.T.A for your great costumer service and complementary bottle of wine.

We have had the pleasure of vacationing in various homes offered through Lake Tahoe Accommodations for almost a decade. We have always appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff during all these years. We feel like we are part of the L.T.A. family! This particular " cabin in the woods" was new to us. We found it so enjoyable that we look forward to many more vacations there. My parents stayed with us for part of our last vacation, and we all had a relaxed wonderful time together. It felt cozy but never crowded. The loft and open beamed ceiling added to the spacious feeling. My parents loved the home-away-from-home atmosphere too. We all noted that the owners really loved their mountain home. The furniture was in excellent shape, there was beautiful artwork through out. We felt the heart and soul of the abode...We also LOVED the rustic fireplace, and greatly appreciated the internet service. We also had quick access to lovely trails, and it is an easy drive to the Lake and vicinity. We can't wait to come back !

We immediately felt at home in this wonderful A-frame nestled in the trees. The house is well-maintained and clean, with all of the modern comforts one could want. One can tell that the owners take pride in this beautiful mountain home. The location is great ... easy access for recreation and shopping, etc. We would highly recommend this property, and can't wait to stay there again ! Clean and classy! We were pleasantly surprised when we drove up to the cabin. The location is great. Pioneer Trail is the ideal access road to use going back and forth from South Lake Tahoe; access to Tahoe Airport; and the roads going south as well as East (Carson City). The location is 25 yards from Pioneer Trail (your major access road). If you're skiing @ Heavenly, this is a great access road for that too. The layout inside is well designed and everything is there for you. The only issue that we had to deal with is the fenced in yard space for our dogs to use while we're out. We brought 2 dogs and prefer to have a yard they can run around in. We would have nothing to complain about if the fenced in yard area was enlarged. Regardless, it's easy to walk your dog on the local streets as well as local forest. We give this a 9.5 our of 10 and hope it becomes a 10 before we get back for our next visit.

This place is so cute! My group of friends said that the pics on the web do not do justice for this place. I agree! When you walk in you feel like you are somewhere familiar. You don't feel like you are staying at a rental place. Very welcoming! Love that there is open space to play outside the gate Hot tub is great! Plenty of room for everybody. I would rent this place again. Remember to get your stuff out of the dryer. We ended up leaving some belongings in the dryer.

Nice place with a fun floor plan, and we really liked the jacuzzi tub. There are hiking trails right across the street, and the quiet neighborhood allows for privacy.

The cabin was everything we hoped it would be more. The staff that helped us was great. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience. Next year we will be using Lake Tahoe Accomodations again.

Stayed here in February and had a great time. The house was great and very comfortable. The kitchen had nice new appliances as well. The hot tub never really got too hot, but the rest of the house made up for it. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was very nice and lofty. The hot tub and fireplace were excellent after hitting the slopes. The living/dining/kitchen area was big and we loved the large dining table and bar. The living room television set up is a little awkward though.

Very impressive property. Extremely clean, furnishings were perfect and the patio with the hot tub was in pristine condition. Would recommend this property to any group of 4-8 people. Look forward to renting this property when our group is in South Lake Tahoe.
