We stayed at this rental to celebrate a girls getaway and really enjoyed staying there. It was in a great location, lovely neighborhood and we felt safe and it was close to everything. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were able to watch movies with their guest accounts for netflix and would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay at SPARROW'S NEST - it was extremely clean, well-maintained, and stocked with ample kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom supplies. We love extra pillows, and there were plenty! The extra heaters were a nice option to have. The access in and out of the unit was extremely simple, and the location was ideal for everything. We were less than a mile from the beach, Diamond Peak (skiing), the grocery, and more. We loved being able to grab an easy, delicious dinner at a local burrito place and even went bowling one night! Highly recommend bowling! We watched winter surfers and kite boarders one afternoon on a very stormy Lake Tahoe. The weather was really spastic, but the streets were well taken care of, and the sidewalks were clear! We struggled because of the weather to reach the unit, but Sylvia was an angel. Best customer service EVER. She texted us travel recommendations and options, and in the end - called to guide me down the mountain, into town to get the key and to the unit - in the dark, via her memory, with EVERYTHING covered in feet of snow. Were it not for her extra help - going above and beyond - there is no way we would have made it. She ensured our easy access and safe passage - which was so vital! She was patient with us not being able to reach the office till the check-out day, and even then graciously gave us a welcome gift bag - so wonderful! We will absolutely be back, and we look forward to staying here and what LTA again! SUPER helpful! Highly recommend Sparrow's Nest if you are looking for a simple, no-frills but easy-to-access location where you simply need to have a safe, comfortable, convenient place to sleep!

We arrived at Incline Village just before check-in and Lake Tahoe Accommodations had everything ready for us in a neat and concise folder which included directions to our unit, "do's and don'ts" and surrounding attractions to check out. Our two bedroom two bath town house was immaculate and contained everything the four of us needed to have a wonderful week at Lake Tahoe. The Picturesque quiet surroundings were beautiful, neat and clean and everything we could have asked for. Lake Tahoe Accommodations made certain we didn't have any unanswered questions before we arrived and a wonderful "seniors" vacation was had by all. Thanks again Lake Tahoe Accommodations, we hope to see you again!

Clean place with lot of utensils to cook/bake. Unfortunately no spices or any cooking supplies. Very dated could use upgrades. Staff were very easy to work with

It is an older condo but you can tell they are slowly improving it. With it not so perfect you can relax with your kids more. It was very clean and everything you could need is stocked in each room. The facilities are quiet and pretty outside. It was a convenient location from Reno and to get around the Lake. It is not as busy as some other areas which we appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect -- close to beach, walking path, Hyatt, Starbucks, local grocery, etc. Laura of Lake Tahoe Accommodations was extremely helpful. Relaxing in the pool under the shade of the pine trees was a nice way to finish off the day. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to take advantage of that to cook for family and friends. My only suggestion would be that many of the out of date knick-knacks be removed from the condo. Remember the adage "less is more" when decorating a cabin.

The condo was great! We loved the fireplace and the large open living room! The kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed! It was great! We rent from Lake Tahoe Accommodations at least once or twice a year and all of the cabins we have stayed at so far have been beautiful and amazing! Thank you for a wonderful time!

We stayed in a Couer du Lac condo for the 5th time this 4th of July for a 3-night stay. Lake Tahoe Accommodations did a super job to make sure the condo was in perfect condition for our arrival. Additionally they made sure we had the correct documents to allow us access to the private Incline Village Beach for fun and the great fireworks show for the 4th. We'll definitely be back again.

This was perfect for our family. Three adults and two children. Also with the first floor bedroom grandparents did not need to walk stairs where daughter and two little girls had their own space and bathroom. Condo was nice and efficient.

The unit was in a GREAT location near the beach, walking distance to everything. The only negative is that the decor is outdated and the beds were not very comfortable. Other than that, it was a fabulous stay and we very much enjoyed our time in Incline.

We were just dazzled by how the staff of the rental company made us feel on arrival at the rental office. Also having the beach pass ready for us in Incline Village was extremely convenient also. We really like the unit. It was nicely situated for us as we have two young(ish) children and spent a lot of time on the lawn outside the unit. The complex location was accessible to stores, the lake, the highways etc. My only gripe was that there was no recycling program set up. There is a recycling center somewhere on the street that runs along the lake (I want to call it Lakeshore). Anyway, we had a blast and will rent this unit again.

I would highly recommend this place though it's a little hare to find at night. Comfortable yet rustic. Living room sofa very comfy. Very clean and well maintained. Centrally located to Hyatt, Diamond Peak, grocery etc. A good private area to stay.

We've stayed at this property about four times time for it's great location. It's walking distance to the beach and 4th of July fireworks. The condo is well-equipped, roomy and sleeps our family of 4 with room to spare. The units have access to a nice outdoor pool too.

The townhouse that we rented was great. It was in a wonderful location and a beautiful setting and was big enough for our family of four. We could even have added a couple more people. We would definitely rent through Lake Tahoe Accommodations again.
