One of our more popular properties, this condo located in the heart of Incline Village is great for couples and singles who are young or young at heart. This home is attractively furnished, and the owners have included everything you'll need in the fully-equipped kitchen to let you prepare a simple snack or a four-course dinner. On the wood deck you'll find an electric grill, and inside you'll find a pellet stove to keep you warm. Grand Ponderosa pines are scattered along the property, and the walking path will lead you to conveniently located shops, a library, and a medical facility. The owner has also thoughtfully included dozens of videos for you to pop into the VCR, as well as a DVD player. Anytime of year is the perfect time to experience the splendor of Lake Tahoe.

Lake Tahoe Accommodations was very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely used this company in the future. I booked this condo only 1 week prior to arrival and everything went perfectly smooth. The condo was comfortable and conveniently located to all our North Shore activities.

The description is fairly accurate. This is a very decent, moderate property. Even though the building feels a bit old, it was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was completely remodeled with brushed nickel faucets and towel racks. The kitchen seems to be in original condition, but clean and well stocked (pots, pans, utensils are all there). You will find an electric stove and oven, a toaster, a fridge/freezer and a brand new dishwasher. Very convenient. All the appliances were in good working condition. The property features a small deck outside with an electric BBQ. I found the size of the property matched my expectations. The bedroom contained a queen bed and was connected to the bathroom. I am not sure if the sofa was convertible, but if you are more than 2, you would be better off with a bigger property and one more bedroom. The living room has a large mirror which makes it appear roomier, but is still big enough for a sofa, a low table, and a dining table. I had to wrestle a bit with the 4 different remotes to get satellite TV and play DVDs. This would benefit from a universal remote. Nearby you will find a shopping center with ACE and Raley's. Incline Village remains a quiet area, nestled on a slope with many pine trees, in comparison to the somewhat large city of South Lake Tahoe and its tall casinos, and you have Northstar, Alpine Meadow and Squaw Valley not too far away. Also heating is electric; if you have kids watch them so they don't touch the hot radiators close to floor level. The check in office was friendly and clearly explained how to get to the property (drive a few blocks and park, pretty much).

Your condo was charming and delightful to stay in. After a day of skiing it's nice to have a cozy place to return too. We appreciated the complimentary bottles of wine. My only complaint would be the limited selection of DVD's. Thank you for helping to make this a memorable vacation.

We rented during the few days before Christmas. We had a couple unexpected guests- friends of our kids- decide to join us, yet there was room for everyone. Loved having the snow shoes to use. The breakfast was great, and very conveniently located just a few doors down from us. Was advertised as no view, but we could see the Lake from our balcony. The loft was very self-contained with its own toilet and shower and sink. Unfortunately, not much was going on in Tahoe in the form of entertainment, besides the snow. The shuttles were very convenient. The free internet accessible from the lobby was nice. I was able to walk into town and get food or rent videos. The Christmas decorations added a festive flair.

The property was what I expected based on the description. It was very clean and well kept. We were looking for a location that was away from the City but we didn't want to be too far. Incline Village was perfect. It was like we were at home. We had everything we needed. I would totally recommend this place to friends and family. The customer service was very nice and accommodating. I do look forward to going back.
