Very nice and cozy house. We were a group of 10 adults and 2 kids who stayed here this summer. Liked the backyard that transitions into a hill. We did a nice trail for about 15 minutes on this hill to get a splendid view of the lake. Hot tub and BBQ was ready to use on arrival. The living room and the house in general has a great rustic look and feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with four trays of ice ready. The Tahoe Accommodations management was also nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend them to friends and visit again.

The people at the office were friendly and helpful and the house itself was well described and comfortable. I will rent again with LTA!

We had such a blast at this cabin! Nice, comfy beds, and terrific hot tub, tons of kitchen gadgets to make anything we could think of, and a beautiful setting. Our group of friends had such a great weekend together relaxing, playing games, and enjoying beautiful Lake Tahoe. Check-in and check-out were really easy, and the place was exactly as described to us, at a price we couldn't beat. We'll definitely use Lake Tahoe Accommodations again, and were particularly happen with the cabin we stayed in. Thanks very much!

We have stayed at this property many times for many years and obviously absolutely love it since we keep coming back! First of all the property is supremely located in a quiet neighborhood and it backs up to the national forest so beauty is all around. You are only 10 minutes from the casinos, and the slopes of Heavenly. The house itself is huge, and comes well equipped with all necessary amenities. It is very clean, and well maintained for the most part although there are a few things that I would like to mention that need a little attention and upgrading. Our biggest frustration on this trip was that the driveway and walkway was not cleared of ice and snow, we shoveled ourselves to make sure no one fell and we could get the cars in and out safely. Also the water pressure in the bathrooms could be better, especially in the downstairs bathroom. It was no more than a trickle out of the faucet. The TV, stereo, DVD, etc all worked fine although I think the TV needs upgrading to at least a small flat screen in this day and time especially since they are so cheap to buy now. These things are all very minor though and really it is a wonderful place to stay, reasonably priced, and the hot tub is great:) Fireplace is also wonderful and well equipped with firewood, kitchen, grill, bedrooms etc all very nice. We would highly recommend this property to stay in and can't wait to come back ourselves. Enjoy!!
Managers Response: Thanks for your comments and for your recommendation. You got to experience the true winter in the Sierra's. Lots of snow! We do our best to keep the driveways and walkways clear, but as you can tell from prior guests comments, this home gets a lot of snow and we recommend you have chains or a 4wd in the winter. We looked into the water pressure issue and did find some small debris in the aerator that was causing a problem. Thanks for letting us know about it so we could fix it. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope you'll visit us again soon. Lake Tahoe Accommodations |

We rented this cabin for a few friends to hang out before we got married. It was so nice. It was the prefect size for the amount of people that we had. It was really peaceful and perfect for what we needed it for.

This was a great house for extended family. Great backyard and play area for children. Deck was big and kitchen well stocked. Bedrooms were big especially upstairs. The management was very helpful. It was quiet and the area was good for walks. Good parking and within short distances to the lake and beaches plus shopping. We had a great time.

Decent place. It is not super fancy, but it is a very functional and comfortable retreat. Beautiful backyard tucked in quiet, picturesque canyon. Plenty of room to sleep many people. It provided a great place to relax after a day on the lake, the slopes, or at the casinos. I think it was a great value that I would definitely take advantage of again.

This was a very nice and nicely kept property. Twelve of us stayed in it and there was easily room for all of us to stay comfortably. The hot tub was nice and big enough to fit 6 comfortably, and more with a squish. The only thing was the road to get there. HWY 207 gets steep and curvy, and North Benjamin Drive would have been treacherous in a snow storm without chains or 4WD. It was worth it to stay in this nice cabin in the woods.

House is fully equipped and just as pictured. Large driveway makes lots of room for cars. Definitely would rent again and have rented this place twice already. Very close to Heavenly Nevada side and about 5 minutes from the casino's. 4wd is a must if snowing.
