From the website to the initial phone call, LTA is the place to go for a vacation stay in Lake Tahoe! Client service is friendly, accommodating, professional, and you see the smile through the phone everytime you talk to them. The condo we stayed in was stated as promised! Equipped with everything that was listed on the website. We stayed at Incline Village and it was situated within a mile or 2 of all amenities, restaurants, shops, and the beach. We loved it and I hope there is a way they keep a record of where we stayed for future reference. Great value too! Only 2 tips I can recommend: Pool keys are kept at the office so you want to check-in in person. And request for password for wifi access ahead of time! That's it! we had a memorable time and will be back! Nelson
Property description was accurate. Property was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property. Very convenient location to local ski area and within reasonable driving distance to Northstar and Alpine as well. We found this unit to be very comfortable. We chose to stay in and watch and be able to hear the Super Bowl game from here. Nice to be comfortable and in company of a few good friends.

The town house is very clear and furniture well. The environment is surprisingly quite and cozy. We really enjoyed for our ski vacation, and look forward to rent this place again in summer. One drawback is the hot water supply: The water heater was under power while 2 people were taking showers in the same time.
