We had a great 5 days with family and friends at the cabin. We have rented a few before however this was the best. Rooms are clean and amenities are well stocked. Everything is tidy. There are signs of well though out arrangement at every corner; books, games, DVDs and cooking utensils. The home offers great views of the lake. Nice comfortable room arrangements for 6. The only thing missing is wireless internet. Overall, well done !!!

We stayed at this property during Christmas and had a great time. The condo has all the stuff you typically need on a vacation with kids . It has a fully equipped kitchen, beds with comforters, blankets etc. Very clean and well maintained. Condo is just 1 mile away from all the shopping areas, casinos. Only issue is parking. Since the condo is a 3 bed unit I was hoping there would be 3 assigned parking spots. We had 3 cars and the condo allows only 2 cars . We had to park the third car very far at the entrance where there is free parking. worried about theft/vandalism but everything was fine. Overall had lots of fun staying here. will come back again definitely. :)

I sent a postcard with a review after we left but am glad to say more. We have rented this condo at least 3 times in the past and many others with the same rental agency and they are the best! We usually rent 4 condos at a time in Lake village because have family reunions there for both sides of our family. The staff is great and all very pleasant and helpful. The location is super and the resort has a lovely pool, spa, tennis courts, pingpong, pool table, playground and clubhouse which makes it perfect for a family of all ages. LV635 is perfect for us and all the condos rented by this agency are in great condition, nicely furnished and spotless. They provide you with all kinds of helpful material/brochures for all the things there are to do in the Lake Tahoe area. I recommend it highly!

Great unit with a great view. Does need a new sofa in the living room and can use more deck chairs and a table up top, but all in all, a great unit.
Managers Response: Your request regarding a new sofa and patio furniture has been forwarded to the homeowner. Thanks for your feedback. Lennette Perry, Operations Manager |

This is a nice big rental condo in the trees just past Kingsbury Grade. Beautiful lake views from the LR thru the pine trees. Easy to find, and ample parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our 2nd stay at the Lake Village Condos, and they don't disappoint! They are roomy, quiet, and have all the amenities we needed. It was nice to be away from the city, yet you are close enough to easy shopping for supplies. We liked having 3 levels to spread the bedrooms out, and the check in process is very easy.
