This was our 2nd year at this location! Once again we had a great time and the place was clean, maintained, provided all the amenities we needed and plenty of room for our family. A little disappointed that the fees to Incline and Burnt Cedar [private] beaches continue to increase each year, but then when we actually crossed the border to California and saw the state of the public beaches (they were dirty and trashy), I suppose we got our monies worth. This is a great value for what you get and the central Incline Village location that it is at.

My family and I were really impressed with the turnout of the property. In comparison to all the other highly priced properties, we expected this place to be small, a bit unkempt. However, we were all surprised when we stepped in. It's very spacious, clean, and was fully equipped with everything you needed! All the bathrooms were stocked with towels and toiletries. Kitchen had all the utensils (napkins, spoons forks [plastic regular], pots, pans, coffee maker, waffle maker, canned boxed foods, soap, etc). the laundry room had everything you needed too! Sleeping bags were also provided with extra blankets and sheets. Think about it this way, it's like moving into a house with all the essentials not needing to go out for anything else extra except for maybe extra food maybe your basic essentials in case someone fell ill. Another plus was the location. There's no possible way you could get lost going into town b/c you just followed one road in less than a minute, you were in town by the restaurants, stores, and gas stations. I lost my camera charger, luckily radio shack was literally a minute away. It's located right by all the lakes too.
It's easy to believe that b/c the price is so low, you would end up in a dump, far away from civilization. But this place was perfect! I would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time in this unit. It was spacious enough to accommodate the 8 of us. Great central location in Tahoe, the private beach access was a HUGE plus and can't WAIT to return next summer :-) Unit was clean, had all the amenities you could possibly need and then some.
