The master bath and bedroom are conveniently located on the main level. Community BBQs during the summer months offer a great opportunity to get out and mingle with fellow travelers and Lake Tahoe locals. The Hyatt Casino and Incline Village's picturesque beaches are only a half mile away, and the Diamond Peak ski resort is only five minutes from this contemporary condo. Is there any doubt this is the vacation rental for you?

This condo was fabulous! Very well decorated, clean and comfortable. Perfect location! There were four of us total, including a 2 year old, and we loved it! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and a beautiful condo. Easy access to the lake, shopping center, and ski lifts. The condo is nicely furnished and very clean. I would recommend both the rental company and the condo itself.

Great location, upgrades to the complex are terrific. Unit needs new beds/mattresses. Need King size for the master bedroom.
Managers Response: Thanks for your suggestions, we've passed them on to the owner of the property. Lennette Perry, Operations Manager |

Visited for a wedding and the accommodations were great. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything.

This condo was very nice! Well kept, spacious, close to things (but not too close). It felt like a house, rather than a condo too. The houses in the surrounding area were going for millions. The only downside is that the water that is closest you have to pay $8 a person to be there (whether you walk or take a car) so if you want to go to the lake (and not pay) you have to drive into Kings Beach (but Kings Beach is nice and not too far of a drive). Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely rent this place again.

Great location! Easy walk to downtown. Easy access to skiing, sledding or to the beach. Charming and very clean. Very well maintained and yet practical enough for a family with 4 kids. Have stayed there twice and would stay there again.
